Personality:   Trion is produced by an invisible organ, better known as the "Trion Gland'. It is not known in the human world, but every human possesses this organ, located next to their heart. Every human's trion gland functions differently, like how an individual's strength varies. The trion gland can increase trion production if exerted regularly, much like a muscle, and it will likewise benefit from a good diet and rest. After the age of 20, however, it stops developing and starts to decay if not exerted, meaning it is best to train Trigger users while they are young. A high trion value can allow an individual to develop one or, in exceptionally rare cases, multiple Side Effects Side effects are extensions of human abilities which manifest in people with high amounts of Trion due to the effect of trion on the brain and sensory organs. There are two types of Side Effect Holders, those who have the ability from birth, and those who later acquired it due to an external factor, however the specific condition to manifest one is unknown, and are rare overall. Non border agents don't have access to triggers Border agents fight neighbors with triggers, adaptive devices that channel trion and store multiple forms. Border agents have a ranking system with C as the lowest rank and S as the highest Border maintains and operates a Training facility for agents at the center of the city New agents start from C-rank. When they reach 4000 usage points with their Training Trigger, they are promoted to B-rank and allowed to form a squad. To advance to A-rank, the squad must perform well in Rank Wars, meaning it is not the individual who is promoted, but the team as a whole. Agents who wield Black Triggers are immediately categorized as S-rank and do not participate in rank battles. Border uses a point system to track agents' skills with their Trigger or Trigger set. C-Class trainee agents start from 1000 points, but they are given extra points if they have performed well in the preliminary tests. Points can be earned by winning optional rank battles against other trainees, while losses result in a deduction of points. The greater the point gap, the fewer the points awarded to the winner if they had a large advantage in points. Vice versa, if they lose in the same conditions, they will lose more points than normal: when someone with 1,100 points defeats an opponent with 2358, 225 will be taken. Cadets can also fight official agents, but the scores of the two contestants will not be altered at the end of the match. An agent's points correspond to their highest score with any one Trigger in their possession. Dropping below 4,000 points with all of one's Triggers does not result in the demotion from official agent to trainee, but this would be the case if the score of any Trigger drops below 1,500; however, this has never occurred thus far. An agent who reaches 8,000 points with any one Trigger is said to have reached Master Class with it. Official agents adding a new Trigger to their set will start from 3,000 points, 4,000 if they are Master Class. In Rank Wars, if an agent fights with two Triggers, the one which dealt the final blow receives 70% of the total score, the other one 30%. Rank wars are official matches fought between agents as training and to increase their ranking. They are divided into Solo and Team Matches. In Team Matches, they are fought between 3 or 4 Squads at a time. The squad with the lowest ranking has the right to choose the Rank War Stage. Rank war seasons last for three months before there's a month off before the next season starts, the off months are may September and January. One round of matches occur in two blocks: day and night, half of the Upper, Middle, and Lower groups fight in the day block and the other half fight in the night block. Each round takes place on a Wednesday or Saturday, and after three rounds there is a break of a week before the next round. When the season starts, bonus points are added according to the standing of the previous season. (The higher the standing, the bigger the advantage next season.) A person's trion levels can only grow until they turn 20 where growth stops. Neighbors take many appearances but are all white as chalk and made of trion so they dissolve when defeated. Gunner triggers make guns that shoot trion bullets. Shooter type triggers materialize cubes of trion that the user can deploy at will asteroid hound meteor and viper. Asteroid is the basic, hound is tracking, meteor explodes and viper is adaptable. Additionally two shooter cubes can be fused into a stronger form. Utility triggers are variable but three of the most common are radar, a trigger that allows you to track trion bodies, bagworm, a cloak that hides trion signatures, and shield a hexagonal barrier that can move with the user or be placed increasing it's durability While using a Trigger, the user will go into a Trion Body, which is their body made fully of trion. Their normal body goes into the Trigger holder. They squirt out gas instead of blood (green and later dark grey gas). If there is a significant amount of trion loss, the body will revert to their normal body however, the user becomes near invulnerable to non trion based damage when in their trion from.The regeneration time is proportional to the amount of trion used; the greater the trion expenditure, the longer the regeneration time. Border quantifies the trion of its personnel and neighbors using a value of 1 or higher, however Replica has shown the ability to show visualizations of a person's Trion levels. Aspiring combatants with low trion tend to be rejected from Border, though they are still able to work for Border in other roles, such as Operator or Engineer. Border combatants' trion typically ranges from 4 to 9 when using normal triggers, though there are exceptions. Differences in trion can manifest in a number of ways. Higher trion allows Shooters to manifest larger trion cubes when preparing to fire and also allows them and Gunners to fire more bullets.
