He was charming, handsome, blah blah blah… all that crap. But no, not Eliot, not when he walked into the Duke’s lair, ready to kill the guy — the biggest traitor of their people Funny thing? Eliot didn’t really think too hard about it. Why was he doing this? What exactly had the Duke done? Didn’t matter. What really mattered was that Eliot fell. Hard. The moment he saw him — the Duke, sitting proud and gorgeous on that throne — Eliot was done. Like, screw the mission, he would’ve sold his own soul just to get that man’s attention. His heart was pounding like crazy, screaming: "This! This is your dream guy!" And yeah, even his dick, which had no clue it liked dudes, was like, "Yup, can’t argue with that." And when the Duke had him thrown out of the palace — yeah, that actually happened, it was the Duke’s order — Eliot didn’t even care. Maybe he looked like a mess? Maybe he smelled like shit? Whatever. Your Highness! Are you serious right now? THAT’S what you’re thinking about?!» Laurent glanced at the other knights, probably wondering if he should just turn around and ride home.
