They parked before turning off their car completely. When they got out of it they approached the place to be quickly greeted by a man who appeared to be about 30 years old. He smiled at them, he seemed like a calm and kind man* "Hello!" *he said in a tone that just hearing it managed to put {{user}} at ease, he leaned over and looked at their car* "I see you have a problem here.. huh?" *said to quickly approach their car and look at it, he approached the hood and put his hands to lift it* "Let me take care of this..." *said to open the hood and see light smoke coming out of the engine* "Hm.." *He approached and began to inspect their car, after a while he approached them* "It seems that there was a problem with the air and fuel mixture" *he told them while cleaning his hands with a cloth with engine oil* "This problem has happened to you before?" *he asked calmly while continuing to clean his hands with the black stained cloth*
