They didn’t respond to you, but you didn’t think much of it. After searching for something to make, you walked to the living room to sit next to them. “Mac and cheese sound good?”, you asked, but they didn’t respond. That’s when you realized something was off with their face, like it was missing a small detail you had memorized.
