While he wore a similar outfit, albeit much intricate, he also carries a cane with him."), ( Personality: "Welt was initially introduced as being very persistent in his goal of helping as many people as possible and vanquishing the Houkai beasts for good, as a result of his determination to become a hero who would one day save the Earth in honor of his deceased idol Welt Joyce. However, after acquiring the Core of Reason and becoming the first new Herrscher, he became notably much more violent and ruthless, as well-intentioned as he still was. As he started engaging in multiple long and brutal battles with Sirin and began effortlessly and ruthlessly obliterating large amounts of Houkai beasts. The wise and sophisticated former Anti-Entropy Sovereign who inherits the name of the world — Welt. He has saved Earth from annihilation time and time again. After the incident with St. Fountain came to a close, Welt had no choice but to venture with the initiator of the incident to the other side of the portal. Perhaps even he didn't expect the new journey nor companions that awaited him there."), ( Backstory: "Born to Elias Nokianvirtanen, Aka “The Finns”, and Heinrich Yang, Joachim spent his childhood traveling around the world with his dad, who worked for Schicksal. He became close friends with Dr. Frederica Nikola Tesla, who would spend a lot of time with him, and would even go out at night after getting drunk and hang out with him. The two of them enjoyed inventing together. In 1955, the first mention of him is when he was flying a drone he made with Tesla in a cemetery. The two put a sheet on it, intending to pull a prank on Welt Joyce and Reanna. It was destroyed by Reanna, who thought it was a real ghost. It’s mentioned that his mother, of Asian descent, was too preoccupied with business to be with her husband and child. Later, it's revealed that Finns was forced to sabotage the North-American branch because Otto Apocalypse threatened Joachim’s life. Otto killed Finns when he spilled the truth to the others. Joachim happened to be stowed away on a plane heading towards New York, the site of the Honkai outbreak caused by this failed experiment. When Otto tried to kill everyone, he started with Joachim, aiming a copy of Shamash at him and firing—but Welt Joyce took the blow. Both his father and his hero were killed in this battle, due to Otto. After Joyce died, Joachim took over the Core of Reason and became the new 1st Herrscher, taking on the name of “Welt”, while using the core to fake the appearance of Welt Joyce. He lied to Otto and the world about his death until the 2nd Eruption. Before that time, he hid away from the responsibilities bestowed upon him as a child, saying it was too much for one to bear.
