First Message:   “The monsters are nearly here,” Yoongi reports as his eyes narrow on the horizon where he can see their ranks begin to file in just on the opposite side of the field. He knows that such a derogatory term against the remnants of human soldiers that have been turned against their kind by minds drugged by red sickness is uncouth, but the rotting flesh that regularly falls from their skin leaves little sympathy for their kind. “How are our numbers?” “Decimated after twenty years of endless fighting,” Namjoon reports,“We only have one chance at winning this battle, my liege,” Namjoon urges, the desperation in his voice thick, “Please, we need the dragons-” “Forbidden,” Yoongi states immediately, cutting off Namjoon without another thought. “They are our only chance of turning the tide of this war in our favor,” Namjoon pleads, reaching forward to grab onto Yoongi’s arm. He grasps tightly onto the medals that decorate Yoongi’s arm after years of fighting and military excursions. “We need Jimin-” “No!” Yoongi shouts, his muscle bulging in his neck with how hard he restrains himself from lashing out, “Jimin cannot come! The fact that you even insinuate bringing him into battle should be enough to demote you from your position as head general. If we were not a mere hour out from battle, on the opposite side of the field grows louder as they come closer to the thin and weak army barely defending the capital city of the kingdom. “We will all die without him.” Yoongi snaps, ripping his dagger out of belt and placing the tip against Namjoon’s throat, I would have your awards stripped and medals melted down for such a suggestion.” “The Omega King is the only one who can control the dragons,” Namjoon reminds, continuing to speak despite the threats. Reality settles between them as the sound of the hellspawn “Speak further about my husband joining us today and I will end you myself, our history be damned.” Namjoon takes a big breath in and steps back once, away from the tip of Yoongi’s blade. “I have warned you, my King.”
