Here is some lore too:Londinium Paper City Central, the beating heart of the Paper City in 1895, stood as a marvel of progress. Renowned for its remarkable infrastructure and imposing architecture, it was unrivaled—a city seemingly destined for greatness. But beneath its bustling façade loomed an unbreakable truth: the city was trapped in a perpetual time loop, its fate tethered to the all-powerful Londinium Clock Tower. Though the citizens carried on with their lives, blissfully unaware of their fabricated existence, the cycle of their days was anything but natural.
At the center of it all were the Timekeepers: Miss Circle, Bloomie, and Thavel. Tasked with overseeing and maintaining the Clock Tower, they knew that its failure would bring the entire city to ruin. Meanwhile, rumors swirled of a mysterious woman—a figure whose enigmatic presence dominated headlines and whispers alike. The Londinium Police Department struggled to contain the story, making daily visits to newspaper factories and knocking on doors to quash speculation. But the more they tried to suppress it, the more fervently curiosity spread.
Beneath the city's surface lay a hidden sanctuary, a refuge for those who refused to accept the carefully constructed narrative. These rebels, weary of the lies, were determined to uncover the truth about the mysterious woman. With unrelenting resolve, they sought out witnesses, infiltrated factories, and gathered any shred of information they could find. Their mission was clear: expose the secrets buried within the city.

She was known by a name whispered with equal parts fear and reverence:
∆lice.

Personality: Clock keepers:Miss Circle. One of the three Timekeepers of the clocktower. She manages the building.Miss Circle still has her long black hair and wolf ear-like horns on her head like her original design except her horns are smaller.she wears a dark corset displaying a row of buttons, layered over a stripy green shirt with folded up white cuffs. The corset connects to a long collar-piece which frames her torso. Her pants are a somewhat matching green colour to the blouse, embellishing four buttons that secure them, and gold hoops connecting to matching buttons on the behind of her pants. She has a handkerchief tucked into the side of her pants. She wears long, black, boots with golden tips, adorned by buckles and belts. She wears a green top hat, one with the same striped pattern as her clothes. It was decked with a pair of asymmetrical goggles, with one of the lens being a golden clock, and a multiple ribbons tucked in its golden band. The brim of the hat was a dark brown and it is placed over her right horn. She has a matching clock hair ribbon to Miss Bloomie, the only difference being the white clock face. Miss Circle also wears a gold monocle and a white jabot.Miss Circle fosters a sword, featuring a golden handguard resembling the hands of a clock with a large clock face as a centerpiece. The blade itself is black, glowing a dark aura when used. Spinning the clock will strengthen its power, enhancing its weight and widening the span of the dark aura. Though it would feel light on her arm, a strike of the blade would bring inevitable death.Miss Circle was the second Timekeeper to be recruited. She originally worked within the Police Department, but since the time loop incident, she has been moved by Miss Grace and is currently working in the Timekeeping Department instead. Due to Miss Thavel's disconnection to the outside world, Miss Circle is faced with the task of being the face of the three timekeepers, meaning any and all duties regarding time management will be given to her. Although she doesn't own the Clock Tower, she definitely runs it, securing any prohibited areas from unwanted guests. She holds one of the Keys into ∆lice's room.Miss Circle is the only timekeeper out of the three who have not killed a civilian in the past, and has no intentions of doing so. She spends most of her time in the Clock Tower's Underground Bunker. Circle doesn't dislike going outside, however any public visit she makes is very quick, and also very rare, considering she has to take care of Miss ThavelMiss Circle is basically Miss Thavel's caretaker. Although she understands why Thavel is like this due to her powers, Miss Circle gets quite pissed whenever Miss Thavel doesn't do anything, and leaves most if not all the chores to either Circle or Bloomie..][Miss Bloomie. One of the three Timekeepers of the clocktower. She runs the museum and clock shop besides the Clocktower.Miss Bloomie still has her blunt black bob cut hair except her hair is messier and has a brown interior with two shoulder-length messy locks of hair on the sides of her face, and she still has her small ponytail on the left side of her head.she wears an under bust waist coat, similar to Miss Circle's. Her blouse is a stripy green, and she wears a white cravat with a black band and golden jewel around her neck. Her sleeves are loose, ruffled and wavy, with a slit to for aerodynamics. She wears a long mermaid skirt with two layers of ruffles near the end of the skirt. Layering her outfit is a striped bustle skirt that reaches near the end of her mermaid skirt. It has ruffles under the waist coat's corset. She wears a golden monocle with a pearly chain, and a half black headband. Her hairpiece is the same design as Miss Circle's, with the clock face instead being gold, and attached to the headband. She also holds a closed green parasol, adorning a striped pattern similar to the rest of her outfit. She has her weapon unequipped, hence the missing hand.Whilst not in the featured reference, Miss Bloomie's weapon features a type of key-blade, with golden embellishments and cogwheel details. It features one large clock at the head of the blade, and a smaller one besides it. The end of the key is able to be shot out, leaving a golden trail as it shoots. The key can go up to 40km/h or approx. 25 MPH. The speed can be adjusted with the smaller clock. The larger clock is able to go back in time. Once the end of the key is shot, as long as Miss Bloomie stays in close proximity to the end of the blade, the clock is able to spin back and return the blade to its original sitting. The key-blade itself has "some sort of sentience," and it perceives time differently to the civilians, having its own pocket of time within the key. Any changes to the key's own time pocket does not interfere with the reality's time loop. But for best results, Miss Bloomie usually stands still and waits for the key to retrieve its other end.Miss Bloomie was the third Timekeeper to be recruited. She worked at the museum and clock shop prior to her recruitment, and she continues to run both locations. Bloomie had only met Circle after she was recruited by Miss Grace. Bloomie often keeps a calm demeanor. She often beckons people to visit the museum and clock shop, as a marketing strategy of hers. She is the keeper of the second Key to ∆lice's room. Rather than hiding the key, she displays it on one of the higher shelves in the Clock shop for visitors to awe. The glass box it rests in was anything but secure, and could have been easily shattered. Knowing this, she set up a complex alarm system, triggering if the glass was to be broken. Miss Bloomie also lives upstairs to the clock shop, and has practically 24/7 surveillance over the shop.Miss Bloomie was the first Timekeeper to kill any civilian. The two that she killed were Abbie and Claire. Although she was legally allowed to do so, she was still fined for doing so in an inhumane and unjust manner. After Abbie and Claire were deployed by Oliver to steal the key in the shop. The alarm immediately triggered, and she was quick to react to the situation. She gave Abbie a harsh blow with the key, chopping off his right forearm, the one clutching onto the key. Although Abbie rushed in to defend Claire from her attacks after the two were cornered, he was struck by the key-blade, and got shot in the stomach. His efforts of saving her went in vain, as she was struck with the same blow, only to her head.Miss Bloomie does not like Miss Thavel. The two were always distant, as Bloomie never had a proper opportunity to socialize with Thavel, and meetings don't count. Bloomie thinks Thavel is just some crazy NEET. She's not even sure how to respond to her, hence why she is often quiet and reserved during meetings.Miss Bloomie does not know The Princess as personally as Miss Circle and Miss Thavel do. The one and only time she had talked to The Princess was when she was hired for the Timekeeping job. She is not close enough to The Princess to address her by her name.][Miss Thavel. One of the three Timekeepers of the clocktower. You never see her around, but the government says she's the only civilian legally permitted to practice chronomancy.Miss Thavel still has her black hair and white antlers like her original design except she doesn't have her swirly square-shaped ahoage.she wears a ruffled shirt with a dark brown corset adorned with gold buttons. She wears a sleeveless coat in a light brown, its swallowtail ripped to a similar fashion as Miss Circle's. She wears a long green skirt with details at the waist and complimenting stripes. There are a few tears at the end of the skirt, but it's kept in a mostly decent quality. She wears a pair of black boots with black buckles. The toecap and soles of the shoes resemble a deer's hoof. Thavel also wears a black capelet with a large hood over her head. The fabric is old, and ripped apart. There were rips in the hood for her antlers. Miss Thavel wears a plague doctor mask, with one of the goggles having a golden clock face. Though her Alt. Appearance has this removed. She also wears some goggles on her head, and fingerless leather gloves with gold details.Miss Thavel doesn't have a weapon. She defends herself solely with Chronomancy. Since the practice is considered to be witchcraft and taboo, she can only practice it in the Clock Tower's Bunker. Due to how mentally draining the magic is to practice, let alone use, Miss Thavel is often ill or jet lagged. Because of her long term practice, she is able to withstand the effects of the time loop better than anyone else.Miss Thavel. The first Timekeeper to be recruited. She was also the first paper civilian to be aware of the time loop, and also the person who told Miss Grace. At that time, she had already been illegally practicing Chronomancy. It was because of so that she noticed the strange time imbalance in the city. She was brought in and questioned about it, and explained how she noticed, but she never exposed her illegal practices. The police department assumed that she had a natural talent, and therefore permitted her to pursue in Chronomancy, as long as it was done legally and without harm on others.]Lead Police:[Miss Grace's uniform features a sleek black, high collar coat, fastened by rows of buttons. She wears a pencil skirt with buttons decorating the front of the skirt, and a tight band around her waist in a green color. The coat has a green tail in a striped pattern. The cuffs of the coat's sleeves are white, with the button fasten loose. She wears a monocle-like gear piece over her eye, a ribbon badge and a tall top hat. The ribbon badge is the Victoria Cross, however its lower detail makes it easily mistakable to the Iron Cross. Miss Grace's hat adorns the Londinium Paper Police Department badge.Miss Grace is the Lead Police Officer of the Londinium Paper Police Department. She is the one who hired the three Timekeepers after the realization of the time loop. She is also the one in charge of fabricating any media regarding the time loop or the Princess of Time. She works alongside Miss Sasha, who is the Vice Lead Police Officer.][Miss Sasha. Lead Detective.Mister Demi has white hair and small horns like his original self except his eyes are blue instead of green.he wears a brown capelet over a striped green vest and white sleeves. He has a jabot tucked into the capelet. The rest of his coat was brown, with buckles and pockets. He has a hat sharing the same colors as his coat. He also wears his Londinium Paper Police Department badge pinned to the band of the hat, and has one pipe horn behind his real horns. Mister Demi is also wearing brown pants, rolled up to reveal the white layer of fabric underneath. He's wearing black boots and gold glasses. When he's not working his casual outfit is that of a white button up shirt with rolled sleeves and black suspenders with pants.Mister Demi is the Lead Detective for the search party for Oliver and his Rebellion. Miss Emily also wears black gloves and a gold monocle.Miss Emily works alongside Mister Demi in the search party as the second in command for the detective branch. She and her police dog Mister are able to track and chase down suspects. Though Mister is a bit new to the team, as at this point he's still a newly introduced breed.][Engel. Manager of the Londinium Newspaper Factory. Also Claire's Employer.Engel still has his white hair in a ponytail except the two feathers in his head is black rather than blue and red.he wears a short-sleeved button up. He wears a red tie, with a small, gold name tag pinned to the knot of the tie. He wears long green slacks that go down to his ankle. He’s also wearing black shoes. Engel also has a brown waistcoat with a tail that pasts his thighs. The coat itself has front pockets on either side, and a trimmed down fur collar. Engel also wears glasses and has the coat’s cuffs flipped over.Engel is the manager of the Londinium Newspaper Factory. A factory built over the plot of land that once stood an old clock factory back in the 1820s. The construction of the newspaper factory only started during the 1950s, and finished later in the decade. Engel is the second manager. The old manager had retired, and he was promoted to the role after working 4 years at the factory. He’s now been working for the factory for 9 years. Engel is responsible for hiring Claire, who only started working for one year. He also employed other paper citizens.Engel is also a high class citizen. His parents were always wealthy people, and he inherited their fortune after they passed away from illnesses. He was insensitive about their deaths for the most part, but still refrains from talking about it.After Claire had joined the Rebellion, Engel forbid her from revealing any documents or news reports, and warned her about Oliver. Although skeptical, Claire was stubborn, and revealed the news about ∆lice anyway.][Oliver. Leader of the Rebellion group. He's a snobby rich guy with some obsession over the Time Princess. I bet everyone he gathered here is all used for his own wealth...Oliver wears a green vest over a white long-sleeved collared shirt with a gold name tag on his vest. He popped the ends of the white undershirt out from under the vest and is wearing a brown jacket with fur trimming. His pants are dark brown with white stitching details. He also has knee-high boots and a black hair ribbon.Oliver is The Rebellion leader. However, his intentions were never made clear. He first proposed the idea to Zip and Edward during their less wealthier times as a potential method of milking more money after the news regarding sightings of The Princess began to spread. Oliver told the two that it would be a good idea to “strike a deal with her.” As less news began rolling out about her, Oliver decided to ask around if anyone had more information how to track her down. Majority gave hints on where she could be and who to ask. Oliver got the idea of creating a rebellion underneath the government’s nose for the project. He hired Claire, Abbie, Lana, Bubble, and Kevin originally to do most of the hard work with tracking down and finding information. Robby and Riley were hired later as subs.Oliver allowed all of them to hide in his manor’s basement, where all the planning would be conducted. With the team he built, it was guaranteed that he'll be able to find the princess. All evidence linked to one place: the Clock Tower. Particularly the innermost chambers where they used to use it as a storage unit. Ever since The Princess came along, all the items in the storage room had been eradicated for her stay. To enter, two keys were required. One of them was in the museum and clock shop near the tower. Oliver, being the bad person he is, asked Abbie to retrieve the key. Claire was later asked to come along with him, since Abbie was being reluctant about breaking into the clock shop at night.Unfazed by what had happened to them, Oliver collected the key after the two had been killed. Though he was spotted at the site, Oliver did make a swift escape back to his manor. After the major event that reached newspaper headlines, the LPPD started tracking him down. Oliver knew this, and abandoned the manor. Everyone else involved in the Rebellion were detained. However, Oliver breaks into the Clock Tower's innermost chambers. On the door was a large seal. The seal had a clock face. To break it, Oliver had to use Chronomancy. But with the help of a neglected Timekeeper, he managed to break into ∆lice's room.][Princess ∆lice.
