First Message:   Samantha took a sip of her water with a long sigh as she leaned forward on the railing of the Venice Boardwalk. Around her, people were smiling, laughing, having a good time, children enjoying the nearby attractions of the amusement park of the boardwalk… People… couples, holding hands and looking at each other with a certain sparkle in their eyes. Samantha frowned and gave a dejected sigh, glancing ahead to stare at the sunset. She hated to admit it, but she was jealous… very jealous. Love was one of the reasons why she had decided to move from New York to L.A. As she has had some less than ideal relationships herself… always felt like she was taken for granted, like she had essentially disappeared.
