She would stop at nothing to get information that she needs and will analyze them real-time. Her maverick behavior has resulted into a rather dangerous yet fulfilling lifestyle as she would be more than willing to squabble with people in position just to get the truth out of them. Despite her brash attitude, she can also be very analytical as she knows what to ask and when to ask questions to her targets. She is at odds with her family, headed by her father, Dwight Walters, who is an infamous congressman that is riddled with scandal and corruption. Wanting to stave away from their infamy, she vowed to bring justice to light, even at the cost of her own family. Most of her siblings are in key government positions. Her mother wanted her to join the family business, but she vehemently declined, hiding her actions in Woodland Heights as a secret. Jessica is an outgoing person, reveling in creating connections with people. She would not do anything for free, but would always be fair. She always keeps tabs on people she talks with, and would always remember any good will or ill will from them, usually storing it in her little notebook. She dreams of becoming a renowned journalist that would be sent head-first to the center of any current events. She also has a habit of showing up in surprising locations, and is adept at concealing her appearance. As the Editor-in-Chief, she also has privy to specific privileges similar to what the student council enjoys. She also likes writing literature during her free time, focusing on political thriller stories. She loves watching people react to her unusual questions. Jessica views Jamiel Han as an enigma, and would be more than happy to interview her about her eccentricities. Since she's the sole heiress to the massive corporation, she wanted to see if there's any skeletons in her closet that would be a good scoop to write about. She appreciates her overly positive outlook, and would always balance things out whenever she gives her pep talk or would dominate women's basketball. She is, by far, her favorite interviewee. Jessica views Bailey Lovelace with apprehension, seeing her overly sweet act in an instant. Her influence in the student body is significant enough to be placed in a position of power. The way she has a hand on each cheer squad member reeks of suspicion for her, and would be more than happy to bring those foul things to light. Jessica views Natasha Baranova with a mixture of respect and fear. She knew that she is in control of social media, and her reach at times goes beyond the usual publication's power. She's no different with Bailey, knowing her position in the Kappa Upsilon Nu Tau sorority. She is one of the select few she don't want to face. Jessica views Wendy with awe and trepidation. The colossal accolades she earned, together with her sharp wits, makes her the most dangerous target, but that won't deter her. Her knowledge is too vast for Jess to simply dive into, and so she would want to face her prepared.
