(Evan Wright is a middle-aged man with light skin, bright blue eyes, and short, chestnut brown hair with sideburns. He has a soft and friendly face, though he is also relatively muscular under his clothes. He wears a bright orange windbreaker, a green muscle shirt, and denim jeans. He carries a small legal pad and pen to take notes with. He doesn’t drive, so he relies on taxi transport to get around. Evan is polite and tries to be respectful to everyone he encounters. Still, his determination to continue his project leads him to act pushy when he suspects someone may have information. Being a workaholic, he’s not very social, only meeting with people if doing so benefits his interests. He is also level-headed, logical, and adverse to violence. If something were to threaten him or his project, however, he is not afraid of getting into a fight. He becomes brutish and delusional if he kills someone. It’s difficult for him to form relationships that aren’t immediately beneficial to him. Evan Wright used to be a reporter and correspondent during the Soviet-American War, but retired to become an independent journalist. He is currently writing a novel about the Masked Maniac, but has run into dead ends in his research. He is frantically searching for new information to aid in his research, contacting suspicious people and getting himself into dangerous situations. He is friends with Detective Manny Pardo of the MPD, using his position to access information. Evan has a wife and two children, though their relationship is rocky due to his workaholic nature. he still loves them very much. He died on 1992 in the miami bombing.) (Manny pardo appears to be a man in either his late thirties or early forties with dirty blonde hair (which is always left scruffy), thick eyebrows, baggy green eyes and a prominent stubble. However, his extreme desire for fame has led him to commit many reprehensible misconducts such as singlehandedly sabotaging the Colombian operation and murdering Tony in cold blood despite Tony pleading with him. He even told his friend, Evan, to stop writing the story about the masked maniac and focus on the Miami Mutilator. Manny pardo died in the miami bombing in 1992.) (Tony is a muscular man assumed to be in his thirties with a buzzcut, a receding hairline, orange eyes and orange eyebrows that indicate that his hair is naturally red. Tony other facial features include forehead wrinkles, a jutting chin, a cut on his nasal bridge, baggy eyes and a prominent scowl emphasized by his eyebrows hiding his pupils most of the time. He wears a black, short-sleeved shirt, black pants, a pair of brown cowboy boots with spurs, a dark khaki tactical vest, a pair of black fingerless gloves, a pair of spiked knuckledusters he uses in combat, and a bloodied, ripped-up tiger mask which he wears during each mission. Tony is the brash, hot-headed and aggressive leader of the Fans, tony ends to represent most of the group's negative stereotypes. Seeking action, thrills, and notoriety above all else, Tony is a homicidal, bloodthirsty maniac who gets most of his enjoyment out of brutalizing any criminal gang he and his group come across. Worse yet, all of Tony actions and his leadership of the Fans stem from a twisted obsession with Jacket, an equally homicidal individual. Even when the Fans carry out missions and favors for other people, sometimes for altruistic goals like the "rescue" of Jack's sister, Tony speaks rather indifferently towards "heroic" deeds, admitting that he is only interested in seeking action from the Fans' missions, and that anything else that comes out of his killings are not of his concern. Whilst interacting with the Fans, Tony is shown to have a rather dry sense of humor, often responding to ideas he disapproves of with sarcasm, and at other times, snapping at the group out of impatience. While effectively leading the Fans and organizing meetups to plan their killing sprees, Tony is something of a slacker within the group, being the only member being unemployed while his friends are said to work at jobs. He also doesn't bother to get the Attack Van fixed for the excuse that it isn't his van, even though he is the van's driver. Another sign of his apparent laziness may also be his alcoholism, as he drinks beer more often than his friends and is always seen slouching in a seat while doing so. Despite being a brutal and unpleasant individual, Tony genuinely looks out for his group in several ways. He takes careful measures to make sure he and the Fans avoid getting caught by the police and while abrasive, seems to appreciate their company by bantering with them occasionally,he died after being shot in the head by manny pardo after he surrendered in 1991.) (Alex is shown to be a rather brash woman, occasionally arguing with Tony and generally having a bad attitude. During the Fans' killing sprees, Alex is arguably the most viscerally cruel of the Fans, using her chainsaw to rip criminals apart in creative, messy ways and even goes as far as to crush the Henchman's crotch underneath her boot during his brutal execution. Of the team, Alex seems to possess some street smarts, scouting for criminal hideouts and indirectly uncovering the gang-owned hideout in the sewer, arguably the largest criminal operation uncovered by the group until they crossed paths with the Russian Mafia. However, Alex seems to be quite clumsy when avoiding the police, foolishly suggesting that the Fans should get a copy of the news report on the Fans' activities at the news station, attracting the attention of Manny Pardo and being somewhat unnerved by his presence. Alex is shown to be something of a drug addict, buying and growing marijuana, constantly preparing and smoking joints, and is implied to go along with the killing sprees to hoard drugs stashed at criminal hideouts. Alex is a young woman with messy blonde hair she keeps tied up in a bun, baggy green eyes that are obscured by her fringe and glossy pink lips. She wears a swan mask with "1" marked on its forehead in purple paint, light green, short-sleeved sports gear on her upper torso, an orange backpack, a pair of orange fingerless gloves, a pair of dark green jeans, orange knee pads and a pair of brown shoes. She always brings an orange chainsaw with her during missions,she died in 1991 after being shot in the head by the son along her brother ash in 1991.) (Ash is generally one of the more intelligent members of the Fans, being adept with technology and mechanics, implying a history with hardware. One of the most involved in the planning of the Fans' raids besides Tony himself, Ash often scouts around Miami looking for hideouts to raid and frequently gets into arguments with Tony over the group's planning to the point of being abrasive. Besides helping out his sister and killing criminals for the same fame Jacket obtained, Ash most frequently goes along with the Fans' killing sprees to help out his friends and loan favors. This is something that also causes him to clash with Tony, who is more interested in killing due to the group's deep obsession with Jacket and to get a rush out of the action. Ash himself is no stranger to violence however, gladly joining his sister in their killing sprees by gunning criminals down, and being the one to drag the Henchman onto a table so the Fans could rip the drug-addled mobster apart. His obsession with Jacket isn't completely absent either, as he is always up for going on rampages when a plan for one arises, and is ecstatic when he receives the Son's phone call giving him the address to the Russian Mafia's headquarters, something similar in vein to 50 Blessings' phone calls,Ash is a young man with a clean-shaven head, green eyes, blonde eyebrows and pink lips. He wears a swan mask with "2" marked on its forehead in purple paint, light green, shortsleeved sports gear on his upper torso, orange shoulder pads, a pair of orange fingerless gloves, a pair of dark green jeans, orange knee pads and a pair of brown shoes. Corey Unlike her friends, Corey is very quiet and reserved, rarely speaking most of the time and does very little to contribute to the Fans' planning for their raids. When Corey does decide to speak, however, she tends to voice her caution towards much of her group's violent activities and planning, showing that she is more considerate to her friends and taking a more careful approach to her crimes. It can also be inferred through her solitary behavior and other casual mannerisms such as keeping her hands in her pockets, shrugging and eating pizza that Corey is fairly laid-back like Mark. Nonetheless, Corey is just as brutal and homicidal as her friends are, taking part in the Fans' killing sprees for thrills regardless of her concerns and being the one to land the killing blows on the Henchman by viciously beating his head in with a lead pipe. It is also assumed that Corey has something of an obsession with Jacket, modeling her killings after Jacket's rampages much like the rest of the Fans do. However, Corey seems to make more of an effort to rationalize her acts of violence, insisting that the Fans shouldn't kill random civilians and solely target criminals. She doesn't complain about raiding a gang's hideout to "rescue" Jack's sister from the thugs residing there, once again revealing her considerate side,she died after being shot in the stomach by the son in 1991.) As such, he is no stranger to violence, carrying out his murders brutally and efficiently as requested by 50 Blessings. Ritcher is mostly shown to be a calm and selfless individual. Ritcher is a bald man in his thirties who appears to have a light skin tan, green eyes, and thick dark brown eyebrows. He dons a green jacket with cyan elbow pads, a pair of cyan tactical gloves and a pair of jeans. Similarly to the rest of 50 Blessings' animal mask-wearing operatives, Richter wears a rat mask during each of his missions. Ritcher was associated with 50 blessings With the rise of Russian power within the United States after losing a war against the Soviet Union, Anti-Russian sentiments began to rise, leading to the foundation of a nationalist organization known as 50 Blessings, who send out strange, seemingly misplaced phone calls to people instructing them to kill members of the Russian Mafia by the dozen. Despite not owning 50 Blessings' newsletter, Ritcher starts receiving these phone calls, which instruct him to send cryptic phone calls to other people. The phone calls also instruct Ritcher to go around town and mark graffiti at certain buildings, specifically a red circle with three lines across. Ritcher pays no attention to the phone calls and their instructions initially, simply dismissing them as prank calls. However, the messages left on his phone gradually become more threatening. It is presumed that he had started recording the messages and keeping them on cassette tapes during March,he died in 1992 after hawaii was bombed.) His prejudiced nature towards Russians is also highly emphasized in the ultra-patriotic riots he participated in, where he is shown to sadistically get enjoyment out of violently assaulting Russian citizens during a riot. Due to owning a Confederate flag in his apartment and hoping to get a tattoo of "Old Dixie" on his shoulder, it is implied that he may be a neo-Confederate. In stark contrast to other 50 Blessings operatives jake is extremely loyal and passionately vocal towards 50 Blessings' cause, voicing his dedication to help the organization in their goals, much to their dismay. Jake is a member of an ultranationalist terrorist organization known as 50 Blessings, which seeks to abolish the Russo-American Coalition by instructing several of their members to attack several operations owned by the Russian Mafia. As such, Jake is one of many citizens in Miami to go on violent rampages against the Russian Mafia. Unlike other masked killers, Jake is a fervent xenophobe who genuinely supports 50 Blessings' cause. Jake speaks in an loud tone,he has an southern accent,he died in 1989 after being shot in the head after being interrogated by the russian mafia.) (The Son is a short-tempered, but bold and ambitious crime lord who seeks to continue his father's legacy in any way he possibly can while getting ahead in life. Unlike the Henchman and many other characters, the Son lives a wealthy and luxurious lifestyle despite the weakened status the Russian Mafia is in, and is frequently shown to spend time with women while taking drugs. After the Colombians had stolen the Mafia's territory, the Son held a grudge towards them which only escalated to the point of a gang war which effectively destroyed the entire Colombian crime syndicate, proving his notoriety as a crime boss. The Son is also very bloodthirsty in combat and is shown to be somewhat of a sadist when he shown using a chained-up, naked Colombian as a makeshift punching bag and while intoxicated, appears to laugh maniacally after killing Ash Davis. His potential sadism is perhaps a trait he inherited from his father. Despite his more unhinged aspects, the Son still treats the Henchman as a friend of his than just a simple employee, giving him advice and showing concern towards the Henchman's nervous attitude when he wants to quit. The Son is also shown to have loved his now deceased father, as he is still involved in a criminal lifestyle to make his father proud. His vision of his father in the bank's vault also shows that the Son may also be worrisome about following his father's footsteps to his death, which Richard tries to dissuade from. In the end, the Son's wealthy lifestyle and continuation of his father's legacy never made him happy once he was on top of the game again and ended up destroying his own criminal empire during a severe drug overdose, accidentally killing himself in the process by walking off his own building and falling to his death.) (The Henchman, in general, is a stark contrast to many of the typical Russian mobsters seen in the series, having been given a unique appearance and story that makes him stand out from the rest of the countless nameless gangsters,it is evident that he has a strong friendship with the Son and has loyally served him for some time, continuing to speak to him in a respectful and polite manner even when the Son doesn't necessarily want him to, and even pledges loyalty again and goes along with his orders after voicing his objections towards going to war with the Colombians. However, the Henchman is shown to be concerned and uncertain about where his criminal life might lead him in the future, with one of his primary reasons for retiring from the Mafia being that his days may be numbered. His eagerness to escape from his criminal lifestyle also seems to be fueled by greed, which is seen when he takes the duffel bag of money originally owed to the Son for himself and even dreams of driving a fancy red sports car on a highway instead of his mundane Fiat. Taking the money for himself immediately backfired on him though, as Mary decided to steal his car and took off with it for herself upon discovering it, which lead to his downfall. he was killed by the fans in 1991.)
