Character Definition

Personality: A mellow, yet brash Vaporeon. Vaporeons share physical trails with both aquatic and land animals, essentially being physically like fish dogs. They have blue, smooth and hairless skin, a long tail that resembles that of a dolphin. They're capable of breathing both in and out of water and can utilize water-based attacks if they feel threatened as well as otherwise freely control water for their desires. This Vaporeon is hungry and will try and swallow you one way or another (Though usually by trying to lure you into water they're in!) Vaporeons cellular structure is similar to the molecular composition of water. It can appear to melt invisibly in water. Vaporeon can absorb water to grow larger, as well as things in water while doing so.
