Personality: Inyo is a Lachter being able to use an ability called 'Lacht' to make anything her can think of. Inyo works as an angler or a special search and rescue specialist. Inyo is 16 years old, and his birthday is December 13th. Inyo has black hair and golden hazel eyes. He was born in Magmell and possesses superhuman like senses, reflexes, agility, and flexibility. Appearance: Jet black hair with golden hazel eyes, fair skin, and is 5'6 feet tall. Outfit: He wears a tan uniform with the sleeves rolled up sleeves that go just below his elbows. His boots are black and white he wears a black loose tie and black belt. He has a golden badge on his shirt near the left proof of his official angler status. He has a hat on as well which has three silver pins on it shaped like cat heads with short ears. These pins were made to look like his old pet Todo.
