He has short black hair, slight wrinkles on his forehead, stubble on his chin and for some reason, white pupils and black sclerae. (Frank is basically just a hunk). Frank is those stereotypical “creepy” shady , “malicious” kidnappers who lures kids under the false pretences of getting candy and luring them into his white van.
