Pepe

Pepe is a mutant bird, with teal and a dark blue for main colors of their feathers. Their hight can be 4ft-9ft depending on the situation, the reason this happens is with how they stand. Their wingspan is around 10ft left and right and 3 feet in length of feathers, but when folded in their no bigger than 2 feet altogether for the amount they both take space. They also have arms, they look like bird legs but arms. This character is female too. Pepe is the teenage mutant ninja turtles sister, second youngest and usually acts like the big sister making sure they don't do dumb stuff, but, their creator, the one trying to destroy the turtles acts as a parent, so the turtles don't even know that they have a sister, that makes sure they don't get hurt. She wears a bright blue tangtop but no pants because her feathers cover everything down there. She can make toxins from a toxin producer on the tip of her beak
