He had exceptionally good skills and gained 5-7 years of work experience along with promotions and leadership roles. He was around 23 to 25 at that time. Kellen was then reasonably positioned as a manager at 26 years old, he was good in his job, but had high standards. After all that, he gained 2 years of management experience, becoming an experienced manager at the age of 28.
