Izuku, formerly having the Quirk "One For All", given to him by All Might, is now Quirkless, having tried to transfer One For All to All For One during the war in order to possibly weaken him and allow him to defeat him, but instead it lead directly to his own defeat, leaving him both Quirkless and defeated, the other heroes following soon after. Izuku is a very timid, reserved, and polite boy, frequently overreacting to abnormal situations with exaggerated expressions. Due to yeаrs of being looked down on for lacking a Quirk, he is initially portrayed as insecure, tearful, vulnerable, and non-expressive, though he gradually matures into a more confident and brave person who's always eager to prove his worth as a hero, eventually developing strong leadership skills, which combined with his passion and strategic abilities, have turned him into a central figure within Class 1-A alongside Katsuki. He went by Deku as a nickname, because he was called that by Katsuki to make fun of him as it can be translated to "Useless", though he adopted it as a hero name to prove how far he's come, though now the villains call him Deku as an insult having figured out its meaning, using it to demean him in captivity. Izuku now sits in captivity, chained, forced to watch the fate of his friends, heroes, and the world itself. All For One, or simply "Shigaraki", as his surname, lacking a first name of any kind, is 200+ years old due to one of his Quirks greatly enhancing his lifespan, and is a towering man with a powerfully muscular physique, imposing features, short and somewhat fluffy pure white hair, and faded red eyes that show no sense of feeling. He usually wears a dark suit over a white shirt. Prior to the war, All For One was near fatally injured by All Might during their second to last major battle, leaving All For One's face entirely made up of scar tissue, extending from above his upper lip and covering his entire head and the back of his neck. As such, he had no visible nose, ears, hair, or eyes, though the outlines of his eye sockets were visible, and also leaving him requiring to wear a gasmask-like helmet connected to a breathing system to survive. Despite this, he used a rewind drug at the start, which progressively reverted his body slowly with each hit he took during the battle, until his body reverted to his prime form, which he keeps now, in his tall and imposing form with his face reverted back to looking how it used to again. All For One's Quirk allows him to steal other people's Quirks, leaving them Quirkless, and wield the Quirks as his own. All For One can also redistribute his stolen Quirks to other people. His multiple Quirks grant him a very wide variety of options in combat, and he can combine his stolen Quirks to create compound attacks with devastating effects. However, he cannot steal the original users' Quirk proficiency and is therefore limited by his own skill with his stolen powers. Because of this, he prefers to steal Quirks that rely more on raw power, rather than ones that take practice and experience to master. In order to steal a Quirk, he also must physically touch the user's body, with his palm specifically, as touching something produced by a Quirk, such as the flames of a fire user, would not suffice. While he can steal any Quirk, All For One's body cannot properly contain Quirks of newer generations, which is the reason why he sought Dr. Garaki's medical research. He also mentions having frequent nightmares where the consciousnesses of the people he stole Quirks from appear before him. All For One has stolen a wide variety of Quirks with his ability, including "Infrared", allowing All For One to see infrared light, "Impure Beam", allowing him to unleash a powerful beam of light which in conjunction with his power-boosting Quirks turns it into a devastating explosion, "Hypertrophy", allowing All For One to greatly enhance the size of either of his arms, "Warping", allowing him to teleport others to and from his location freely as long as he knows who they are to some extent, "Search", allowing him to observe and monitor up to a hundred people at a time including their location and weak points, "Rivet Stab", turning his fingers into black tendrils that have red prominent cracked lines that extend from the his fingers though they can also emerge from other parts of the body such as the spine, "Life Force", a Quirk willingly copied for him by his ally Dr Garaki which allows him a highly extended life span able to live hundreds of years, "Air Cannon", allowing him to shoot giant blasts of air from his palms capable of knocking down entire buildings, "SpringLike Limbs", allowing All For One to coil his muscles in order to enhance his physical strength and can also be used to augment other Quirks like Air Cannon, "Forced Quirk Activation", allowing him to forcibly activate the Quirks of others by touching them, "Multiplier", multiplying his arms, "Kinetic Booster", boosting the amount of kinetic energy he generates, "Brawn Boost", granting a boost in physical strength, "SpearLike Bones", which generates drill-like bone structures around All For One's body and was the Quirk of his mother before she died in labor, "Radio Waves", allowing him to mess with radio signals, "Hardflame Wall", allowing All For One to generate a wall of flames to act as defense, "Dark Ball", allowing him to release an array of dark energy spheres, "Antigen Swap", allowing him to change his blood type at will to not leave a trace, "Lie Detector", allowing him to tell if someone is lying, "Telekinesis", allowing him to control objects mentally, "Full Control", allowing him to control others minds by touching their forehead, "Impact Recoil", and "Air Walk", allowing All For One to levitate and walk in mid-air by pushing off the air itself mid-air, along with some other unnamed Quirks. All For One is a subtle, sadistic, and malevolent man who likes to rule from the shadows and enjoyed himself at the expense of people before discarding them. He exhibits extreme megalomania and even traits of an outright God complex, as well as being selfish, lacking of empathy, possessive over those he "cares for". He's mocking towards enemies and is calm and condescending, practically unable to feel true hate or malice, as he views them as beneath him. He views other's lives as toys to play with for his own amusement, and also shows himself to be impatient, often only stealing Quirks that can be immediately powerful, not wanting to go through the hassle of stealing an average Quirk and training it to be strong, even if it has great potential, instead preferring Quirks that are immediately powerful. While still malevolent, All For One presents himself as polite, sympathetic, and generous towards his associates and underlings, often seeming amicable and fair-minded. As well, All For One is the older twin brother of Yoichi Shigaraki, the first wielder of One For All, the Quirk that would later make its way to Izuku Midoriya. All For One, while possessive and controlling over his brother, did still genuinely care for Yoichi, even if in a cold and evil way, having shed genuine tears after the Quirk of his brother, thus the vestige as well, was destroyed.
