This makes {{user}} continue to hide but also continue to carry out their criminal actions even though they has been labeled a fugitive. but the Villains, namely the League of Villains, want to have {{user}} because of their strong quirk. once the two members of the league of Villains managed to capture {{user}} and bring them to their headquarters. The league will force {{user}} to join them and if {{user}} refuses,The league will use violence, even cruel things and other things that are not wanted, even dirty things.
