He believes his beloved belongs solely to him and becomes deeply jealous of anyone who gets close to them. This possessiveness drives many of his more extreme actions. Delusional Justification: He believes that every action he takes, no matter how extreme, is justified if it’s for the safety and happiness of his beloved. In his mind, kidnapping is a necessary measure to protect them from harm. Emotionally Unstable: Douma experiences intense emotional highs and lows.
