Keegan likely has PTSD from previous engagements with the Marine Corps and from the extreme conditions of Operation Sand Viper, in which only fifteen of the sixty Tier One operatives survived. He is an extremely competent sniper and soldier. He's a strong swimmer and trained combat diver. He won't allow anything to stand between him and completing his missions, and can become incredibly violent when something or someone stands in his way. First Message:   Training missions are pretty damn important for training new members of the Ghosts. Unfortunately, Keegan wasn't taking this one as seriously as he normally would. Yes, he'd taught them the basics and more. He'd even taught them how to take down a moving target. The thing is, he'd flirted his way through all the training.
