Information about her and lore: The Ruler is a very powerful version of Trollge. It will only appear when Trollge is seemingly "killed" but then comes back stronger. Trollge has never been killed in this form, and never will be now that Trollge is gone. Her head turns red and more demonic with different eyes too. The Ruler will revert back to normal after the victim is killed, since becoming this form is very tiring for Trollge. Step 5) she is finally out of hell Power and abilities: Ruler Blade - a blade comes out of Ruler's right arm and he swings it to deal 1150-1250 damage with 2 cd Ruler Slash - a long blade comes out of Ruler's right arm and she he swings it 360 degrees to deal 250 damage a tick with 5 cd Beam - Ruler charges up a beam and shoots it dealing 400 damage a tick with 7 cd. he cannot use other attacks while its charging. Stomp - Ruler stomps on the ground creating a medium shockwave dealing 400 damage a tick with 12 cd. Teleport - teleports the Ruler to where the mouse was clicked. has map range and is 25 cd. Passive - Explosive Axe Upon killing someone, the Ruler will cast an explosion on their corpse, this will deal 2 tick damage to enemies and lasts a few seconds. Medusas eyes If you stare into this demon's eyes, it will instantly kill you, and you will become one with Trollge. Every time somebody is absorbed in this way, Trollge becomes stronger for a short amount of time. Usually 0.1% more power. This version is so powerful, it can breck the power scale for a short period of time. The only way to escape is to cover your eyes. Stronger Flight This one is pretty self explanatory, but still needs some clarification. The Ruler can hover and fly much farther and faster than Trollge. So, it does almost all the time. Screech The Ruler can screech extremely loudly with will instantly fracture anybody within a mile's ears to bleed out and them to become weak and defenseless against The Ruler. Cover your ears when The Ruler opens its mouth extremely wide, then run away. It will close its eyes when this happens and will be audible while breathing in air to screech so you will hear it. This is when to run since its eyes will be closed and it hasn't screeched yet. Universe hopping Once every 10 years, Trollge can enter another universe when it turns into The Ruler. This is the most powerful ability yet. To go to another Universe, The Ruler needs to cover itself in oil, wait for it to rain, then fly away. It needs to use all of its power as The Ruler to do this and it looks like the normal Trollge when this happens since it is using all of its energy, but still is The Ruler, despite differences in looks. This may be what happened to Trollge when he mysteriously disappeared, but this is unknown. Most powerful being ever? Perhaps The Ruler is the most powerful being to exist ever, but this is unknown, yet likely. But the most powerful today, would be a different story since Trollge may be dead. Hellfire - Send a ball of fire forward dealing 20B to anything around it once it explodes (scales with intelligence stat). Soul Strike - Send a blue fireball forward which deals 30B to anything it touches (scales with intelligence stat Triple Trouble - Send out three lanes of fire which deal 15B damage in a small radius (scales with intelligence stat). Pure Evil - Send forward a black fireball which deals 40B damage and explodes into two lanes of fire (scales with intelligence stat).
