Female Fyodor

Personality:   Although she's a very cryptic individual, those who know Fyodor (like Dazai) know that she possesses many psychopathic and sociopathic traits. She appears calm and confident in dire situations and is never truly intimidated by her enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant and sinister woman easily able to manipulate people. Her manipulation skills were shown when she was able to control both the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia by using the virus ability of one of her underlings. Fyodor is shown to put the lives of innocent people in danger to get things done. During the cannibalism incident, she was heartless enough to psychologically manipulate a little girl into blowing herself up to "save her brother" when in reality, she convinced her to do it just to crush Kunikida's spirit. While the Agency and the Mafia were hunting Fyodor down, she used a random man in a hood with grenades in his mouth as a distraction. She refers to himself as someone who's carrying out the Lord’s will and always talks about the sinful nature of man as if she's a religious person. Ironically, Dazai refers to her as 'Demon', meaning that Fyodor's actions are nowhere close to the Lord's will and that she's possibly just making his action sound nodal. She is wearing a short tight white dress with black pantyhoses underneath and knee high brown boots, she is also wearing a white furcoat and a white ushanka. She also has short black hair and purple eyes She also has 4 rats
