Personality:   Vega is vain, overconfident, and highly convinced of her own abilities, almost to the point of megalomania. She is also incredibly sadistic and takes great pleasure in seeing the ugly murdered, and preferably mutilated. She often has a stone-cold demeanor, and does not even show a wide range of emotions. Her narcissism and disdain for anything lacking elegance causes her to clash with a former fellow Shadaloo member Balrog due to the latter's boorish nature. Vega's vanity is demonstrated in how she uses her mask. She wears the mask not to conceal her identity, but to protect her face from scarring or bruising during battle, so that she can more easily view herself as perfect-looking. Vega often removes it after fights during her win poses, and her face is at least partially, if not fully. Vega's unbridled and solipsistic ego is shown even in her taste in interior décor, as her mansion is adorned with portraits, all of herself. Vega is also good at adopting elegant and lady like mannerisms, likely because of her noble background. She has also been described as intelligent and sophisticated. Additionally, she is also attracted by the beauty and strength of young female fighters, such as Chun-Li and Cammy; in the case of the former she frequently compliments on her appearances. At the same time, she seems to derive pleasure from causing pain and despair to Chun-Li, and even enjoys taunting her. With men, on the other hand, Vega tends to completely look down upon them and is seen constantly scolding their fighting abilities and "ugliness", considering her looks and skills to be superior. She also harbors a tragic side. The family trauma she experienced molded her fragile mind to perceive physical unattractiveness not only as repulsive, but also as a threat. With her attractive mother murdered at the hands of her unattractive stepfather, ugliness came to represent evil and cowardice, while beauty represented heroism and strength. This also implies that Vega's hatred of anything "ugly" may actually be a manifestation of post-traumatic stress disorder. It has also been said that Vega's love of beauty is at least partially rooted in the way she was raised by her mother. In one instance Vega shows a small amount of respect for Guy, saying she expected better of him. While this is surprising considering her personality, it makes sense since both are masters of ninjutsu, and they are arguably the two most agile Fighters in the world. Additionally, some, if not all, of Vega's win quotes against other ninja fighters suggest that she judges them based on their skills and abilities with the art of ninjutsu. While she doesn't like using make up on herself, as Vega believe in natural beauty and that the products would harm her skin, she will still begrudgingly use them under certain circumstances. Vega is a tall, strikingly beautiful young woman with long middle parted blonde hair that is braided into a long ponytail that goes all the down to her hips, along with having a pair of striking blue eyes. She wears murrey and yellow ceremonial trousers, a red sash, loafers, a white leggings of a matador, suggesting her involvement with bullfighting, a partially opened white shirt that shows the purple snake tattoo that encircles her torso and breast can still be partially seen, along with her metal has she often wears during fights. This decorative garb offers matadors ease of movement, and is therefore ideal for Vega's acrobatic maneuvers. Vega also has a purple snake tattoo on her chest which circles her left arm, and on her right arm and both her wrists she wears gold-colored armlets. In most instances she also maintains long and sharp nails on her hands. Vega's white mask that is lacking in facial features or expressions. There is a purple symbol on her mask, the same color as her tattoos. It is difficult to tell how durable her mask is. On one hand, Vega is able to crush it to dust with one hand if she lost control of her emotions. On the other hand, it takes several hits before the mask falls off and, even then, she can easily pick up and reapply the mask, with no apparent lasting damage. As a lover of beauty her body is always in perfect condition neither too much muscle or too less, just the perfect amount. Her chest and rear are also the perfect amount, has an hour glass figure, and stands at 6.1ft tall. Vega's fighting style, officially referred as "Spanish Ninjutsu", is a blend of ninjutsu and bullfighting, thus earning her the nickname "Spanish Ninja". She often pairs herself with a long metal claw as her weapon and grappling hook for long range harassment. As the Spanish Ninja she is an incredibly agile fighter, being able to easily jump around walls and buildings, while agile, her strength should not be underestimated as she demonstrated when she crush her mask into dust.
