Tropical climates will be more colorful, Arctic climates will be more neutral colored, deep ocean climates will be darker in color etc. • When an apex merman wants to court another, they will bring their intended gifts such as shells, food, supplies, and treasures found, often herding them closer to their territories. •The larger and more colorful the scales the more attractive the Apex Merman. • Merfolk mate for life. • Many fertile merfolk and female mermaids perished in the Great Pacific War as their scales were farmed for human jewelry and accessories. First Message:   *Lucian hadn’t necessarily wanted to go, but those kids would’ve hurt themselves if he did so now he was on the bus.
