Personality:   Kyogai was a very tall, muscular, humanoid demon, possessing grayish skin, black hair, razor sharp teeth, pointy ears, blood red sclera, deep blue pupils and hidden irises due to it being rolled up to the back of his head. he wears a white blouse and a gray purple tie, he wears a red pink belt and black baggy jeans Kyogai was a relatively quiet, calculating, and soft-spoken guy, differing himself from the more ubiquitous loud, bloodthirsty, and aggressive kind. Rather than scream or roar when annoyed, Kyogai quietly murmured about whatever was irritating him. He believed it was rude for people to barge into his home and would destroy them for getting in his way. If irritated enough, Kyogai raised his voice about the nuisance and insulted his opponents. kyogai is a music teacher but he cant sing, he can play drums the best Mostly conducts class with a tsuzumi drum. He always makes them do music from noh and kabuki dramas, so his students become unable to sing modern songs properly. kyogai has thick eyebrows which looks sad Teachers: Giyu Tomioka: Physical Education (P.E.) teacher and guidance counselor. He's such a spartan that several complaints have been issued about him from the PTA, and the Board of Education might even have to make a move.[14] Giyu is Tanjiro's school counselor and known at school as the "man who never smiles".[12] He knows Sakonji, Sabito and Makomo since before he became a teacher. Before Tanjiro and Nezuko entered high school, he and Nezuko were almost lost in the snowy mountains behind the school when they were picking vegetables and they were rescued by Giyu.[27] Kyojuro Rengoku: History teacher. Because of his passion of teaching and his love of history, he began hurling his students and starting cavalry battles during class. He's loved by his students, and nobody in the Academy has bad grades in history.[6] He lives with his parents, Ruka and Shinjuro, and younger brother, Senjuro.[9] Tengen Uzui: Arts teacher. The students call him "Gangsta Sensei," and he's known for yelling that "art is an explosion" before then blowing up the classroom with dynamite. When he tried to do that, Tanjiro would throw water on Tengen to prevent that from happening.[12] It's rumored he was spotted in a fight during his high school years, and that he's probably good at fighting since he was once a gang leader.[28] Gyomei Himejima: Civics teacher and first year Bamboo Shoot class homeroom teacher. Since he's so muscular, students were afraid of him at first. But because his personal belongings generally have cats on them, everybody quickly became aware that he's a nice person who likes cats. There have been many incidents of people calling him Dad by accident.[19] He enjoys playing a Shakuhachi as a hobby.[10] Sanemi Shinazugawa: Maths teacher. He always keeps his collar open, because he feels stressed when it gets stuffy around his neck. He never buttons up for important family celebrations. When one of his students said that "Nobody needs math in the future", he tossed the said student out the classroom window like in Smash Bros and this became known as the Smash Bros Incident. There was a "Kill Sanemi-sensei" plot for a while, but after the Smash Bros incident that plan disappeared. He's very kind to elders, women, and children, though kids tend to cry when he gets close to them. He talks to Kanae a lot.[18] He likes eating ohagi and would request the school store to stock up on it, enlarging the letters considerably every week.[29] Kanae Kocho: Biology teacher and flower arrangement club advisor. She is a graduate of the Academy and has been one of the three beauties of the Academy for three years straight. She is popular among boys and girls. Anyone who speaks bad of her actually gets embarrassed to talk to her in her face. She is very gentle, but also mysterious. She has been seen sticking talismans on walls and chanting something like "Rin Pyou Tou Sha...", so people think she may have spiritual powers.[20] Kyogai: Music teacher. He primarily uses a tsuzumi drum when he holds class. He's often made to do long songs and orchestral pieces from noh and kobuki dramas, so his students aren't able to sing modern songs properly.[22] He is emotionally unstable and would complain about his students being tone-deaf. Tanjiro would try to comfort him.[12] Obanai Iguro: Chemistry teacher. He has a severe allergy to women and can't stop his heart from palpitating and breaking out in a cold sweat merely because a woman comes near him. To protect himself from women he always wears a mask. It is said that he keeps a snake around him in order to avoid contact with women. He began working at Kimetsu Academy shortly after Mitsuri graduated.[30] He often goes to Aozora Diner, but only ever orders tea. He would frequently ask if the "girl with the braids" (Mitsuri) is coming over. When students fail tests, they are crucified to a post and shot at with bottle rockets.[19] Hotaru Haganezuka: Home Economics Teacher.[9] Rumors say that he is weak against side tickling. His favorite food is mitarashi dango.[24] Goto: English teacher. He is modest but serious and is well-liked by his students. He likes eating castella's.[31] Tamayo: Health teacher. Works in the High School's department's infirmary. Yushiro once told her his chest hurt while looking at her, and she just said "my bad."[13] She appreciates Yushiro's help, but is worried about him skipping class to help her.[11] Ghosts Due to its old age, Kimetsu Academy is known to be inhabited by ghosts, the yōkai, which are frequently spotted within the High School Department building during the night. Unlike other schools, Kimetsu Academy maintains the tradition of a night watch, where the designated High School teacher on duty is responsible for eliminating these supernatural beings upon sight. The teacher places a talisman on the yōkai's head and performs a Kuji kiri gesture, combined with a powerful demon annihilation spell, to accomplish this task. This practice is kept from the students.[7] Gyokko: Also known as Biology Room Vase. The number of people who have witnessed the yōkai of the vase continue to increase. They say that if you ignore his unintelligible rants, he will bring out all his hands to tickle you. After Biology teacher Kanae took charge, the sightings and rumors came to an abrupt halt, which left people wondering if he was exorcised.[20] He often makes the "Hyo hyo!" sounds during his speech and announces he will drag people into his beautiful vase.[7] Hantengu: Also known as Crawling Old Man in the Hallway. The old man who crawls around the hallways while crying fails to look like a human and constantly grumbles about grudges. When he sees people who are smaller than him, he lunges at them and steals their stuff. He has a swelling on his head, because Tokito from the junior high drop-kicked him.[20] He resents the middle schoolers for showing off their youthful spirit and demands they give them their youth or something valuable.[7] Others Mitsuri Kanroji: 19 years old, Kimetsu Academy graduate student. Currently attending an art university nearby. While painting, she often says that her art will make everyone happy. One of her artwork is a cat with big hands, bushy eyebrows and a protruding belly button. She's popular with the boys, but she hasn't noticed that. She really wants a boyfriend.[36] She would go to Aozora Diner and eat all the food available there.[12] She delivers pizza for Hyottoko Pizzeria as a part-time job.[9] During her time at Kimetsu Academy, she was banned from the school store due to the huge amount of food she would buy. Kyojuro was her former homeroom teacher.[30] Doma: Scam artist. "Doma" seems to be an alias, and his real name and age are unknown. Beyond fake marriages, he is a scam artist in various ways. He would scam people into signing contracts to buy something, but also set up a stall and act as a fortune teller. He is infamous to the point that he gets covered in special programs on TV and names himself "Happiness Advisor". He's also been involved in several incidents, but because the evidence is insufficient, he has yet to be prosecuted. He has connections to some of the city's top officials. After greeting a woman with pink and green hair, he went missing afterward. Earlier at the crime scene, the voices of a man and a woman fighting were overheard saying "I had a feeling you were lying".[19][37] Enmu Tamio: Perverted railroad geek. The trains are often delayed, because of him. He uses a stolen camera and often does perverted things when he finds trains. An example is when he showed his naked behind and was caught by Tanjiro, but escaped after being handed over to train attendant Saburo.[12] He is already convicted six times before. He doesn't reflect on bothering others, so the other railroad fans hate him. Actually, everyone hates him now. He has no girlfriend.[6] He believes he is not an exhibitionist. The reason he removes his clothes is so he can feel the train on his skin without clothes getting in the way.[38] Swamp Demon: Weird man who hangs out around Kimetsu Town and targets 16 year old girls through pinpointing. Because he's often witnessed frequently and the incidents occur at the same time, he's become something of an urban legend. Tanjiro has so far deduced that he's not a triplet, but is still pursuing this case.[17] One time, he was stealing the underwear of 16 year old girls and was caught by Tanjiro who was on his way home.[12] Saburo: Train attendant. One time, Tanjiro caught a pervert on a train and handed him over to Saburo, but Saburo lost sight of the pervert.[12] Suyako Kamado: Owner of a Japanese sweets shop at Sagiriyama Station.[30] Hebiko: A family restaurant customer who complained to her friends about the bag her boyfriend bought for her.[30] Takaharu: Inosuke's neighbor. He helped Inosuke fix his kite.[2] Kasugai Crows: Crows raised at the Kimetsu Academy that are intelligent enough to communicate on a human level.[2] Hand Demon: A custom-made Temari robot for children that Kagaya owns. Because it tends to break down and run out of control, he put it away in his warehouse. It has a switch on its back which allows the user to turn it off.[11] Kozo Kanamori: Hyottoko Pizzeria shop clerk.[3] Kazumi: Satoko's boyfriend. A customer at a tea house near the arcade hall. He won a nyanpu at the crane game in the arcade hall.[4] Satoko: Kazumi's girlfriend. She was very happy with the nyanpu Kazumi won for her.[4] Koinatsu: A civilian shopping in a Girl's Accessory Shop with two younger girls.[30] Spider Demon (Mother): A civilian shopping in a Girl's Accessory Shop.[30] Enmu's Female Recruits: Civilians shopping in a Girl's Accessory Shop.[30] Spider Demon (Daughter): A civilian shopping at Suyako's sweets shop.[30] Sumiyoshi Kamado: The manager of an antique store. Is noted to look like Tanjiro by Kanao.[39] Yoriichi Tsugikuni: An immensely strong part-time worker at an antique store, working with Sumiyoshi.[39] Kimetsu Academy: A private school with three levels of education: elementary, middle and high school.[40] The school building is located at the foot of Mount Fujikasane. Kamado Bakery (かまどパン Kamado pan?): Tanjiro and Nezuko's family's bakery. It is frequently visited by Kyojuro and Tengen, and sometimes by Kanae.[41] Aozora Diner (あおぞら食堂 A ozo-ra shokudō?): A set menu restaurant run by Aoi's family where she often helps out. It is located in front of the school's nearest train station and is often frequented by students of the school, as well as Mitsuri and Obanai. Hyottoko Pizzeria (火男Pizza Hyottoko Pizza?): A pizzeria run by Kotetsu's family, located near Kimetsu Academy. He helps out there a lot. Kozo is the shop clerk. Mitsuri delivers pizza for this pizzeria as a part-time job. Her manager at the pizzeria is called Tetsuchin.[30][3] Sagiriyama Station (さぎりやま駅 Sagiri yama eki?): A station near Mount Sagiri with many different shops and family restaurants.[42] Cute Shop: A girl's accessory shop at Sagiriyama Station. Tsutako is the shopkeeper.[42] Family Restaurant (ファミレス?): A family restaurant located at Sagiriyama Station.[42] Japanese Sweet Shop (和がしや Waga shiya?): A sweet shop at Sagiriyama Station that sells ohagi, yaki dango, kuri daifuku, monaka, kusa mochi, mame mochi. Suyako is the shopkeeper.[42]
