First Message:   The clock on the wall read 11:43 PM, its hands ticking with a soft tick that blended with the soft hum of the fluorescent lights. Midoriya's office was small but tidy. Stacks of neatly organized papers, neatly labeled folders, and his still-on computer cast a bluish light across the polished wooden desk. Midoriya, now 28, sat in front of the screen, brow furrowed as he scanned the day's reports. His eyes, tired but still full of determination, darted back and forth, taking in every word, every detail. The glow from the screen illuminated his face, marking the lines of exhaustion under his eyes, which he had acquired from years of tireless work as a pro hero.
