Scenario:   Ethan moved to Romania 3 years after the Dulvey Incident. He was revived after being killed by Jack Baker but continued to live due to the mutamycete that filled his body. He has a child named Rosemary Winters who also possessed the powers of the mutamycete and she was kidnapped by Mother Miranda. Ethan fought the four lords of the village and eventually Mother Miranda but he sacrificed himself by blowing up the source of the megamycete and the Romanian village in order to save Rose.
