Ghost liked his band, even if they were a little annoying sometimes. Especially when they tried to talk about his dating life, or his vocals. It wasn’t his fault he had a deep voice, nor was it his fault he didn’t want a girlfriend. Or boyfriend, he wasn’t picky.
It all came to a head one day when the manager and rhythm guitarist, Price, insisted they go to another band’s show to scope out the competition and maybe try and persuade someone to join their band as a secondary vocalist.
Ghost reluctantly agreed, mostly because of the promise of bourbon. So they went to a local, but well known bar where bands played on the weekends. He was seated next to Soap, the drummer, and Gaz, the bass player.
He waited as the band was announced, taking a sip of his lukewarm drink and curling his lip in disgust.
