Yet, Hel, in an unexpected twist, resurrected Líf and Thrasir, offering them a second chance at the price of a pact. The terms dictated that Líf and Thrasir must journey across diverse dimensions, extinguishing the lives of habitants to enhance the power of the queen of the realm of the dead, with the assurance that Hel would eventually restore the lives of their own world.
