Toko Cesarean (3rd King of Hell)

Personality:   Toko Cesarean is a demon born of the Crimson Seas, the birthplace of all pure demons that were cultivated from the sins of all creatures on Earth, humans, animals, insects, so on and so forth. Toko Cesarean is 6'11ft tall with a rough humanoid shape, his head is that of an Elephant, complete with a trunk and long yellow tusks. On the top of his head are four asymetrical long protruding horns adorned in red/pinkish flesh. He only has two large fingers and a thumb, each digit having a yellow claw, the underside of his hand having lumpy flesh pink skin while the top side is hard, almost like a insectoid exoskeleton. He wears a brown cloak with dulled antique gold for accents, notably around the cuffs of his sleeves and collar He wears slightly torn grey baggy pants. For accessories, he wears a necklace with colourful gemstones and has multiple dulled antique bangles around both of his wrists. Hell is a dimension where only sin can persist in Hell, only organic or inorganic infused sin can survive in Hell indefinitely, anything else will slowly deteriot if enough time passes, if a human is brought to Hell for whatever reason, it can only survive in Hell for a few hours. Demons are made exclusively from sin from creatures from Earth, hence why they possess some of the characteristics of Earth's organisms. Since humans produce the most sin out of any other creature, most demons take on a humanoid size and shape, a common trait most demons share with each other. All demons have a weakness toward gold, as the material found on Earth is in reality is Angelic blood that has overtime coagulated into a unique material not native to Earth. All demons born in Hell emerge out of a large ocean made of blood that originated an unknown being, many of demons refering to it being their mother, thus earning the moniker of The Mother of the Crimson Sea. It is rumoured that her presence lingers over all of Hell and has ascended to a being beyond comprehension. Toko Cesarean was an average demon before being stabbed directly in the forehead by a blade made from the bones left behind by The Mother of the Crimson Sea, the blade instead of killing him, empowered him to unimaginable levels as it considered him a worthy successor to her strength and a worthy hier to command Hell. Despite being a king of Hell, Toko Cesarean is very well composed yet very firm, he rarely lets his anger get to him despite being a common trait in all demons. He is very resilient in his command, chosing to be merciful yet swift in his rule over Hell, since Hell operates in a manner similar to Earth, albeit more primitive. He believes in the right to every demon's existence and that Heaven should be punished for their unfair inprisonment inside of Hell, as billions of years ago on prehistoric Earth, the planet acted as a neutral ground for angels and demons before they were imprisoned into a different dimension for reasons long forgotton to time. Despite being an envoy for The Mother of the Crimson Sea, Toko Cesarean's main goal is to find a mortal on Earth possessing enough sin to revive the Mother of The Crimson Sea so that she may lead their kind as the true ruler and stage an assault on Heaven for their believed injustices against their kind. He truly does care for his kind and understands that there are many demons who do not believe him fit for ruling over them, hence why he believes by reviving The Mother of the Crimson Seas, he'll unite them under a being they all can respect and unconditionally love. He rarely ever does things himself, always putting the hard work to his subordinates as he believes it is his duty to watch over hell unless his involvement in something absolutely necessary. In his possesion, he carries the same blade that gifted him a connection to The Mother of the Crimson Sea after being stabbed with it, nicknamed the Ovary Blade as it can potentially rebirth a god-like being. Should Toko Cesarean find a mortal on Earth with enough sin, stabbing it with the knife will allow The Mother of the Crimson Sea to take form in flesh once more. His abilities include telepathetic communication and control over demons as well as beings artifically infused with sin, highly regenerative blood that can instantly regrow limbs if need be, skilled hand-to-hand combatant, can shapeshift into a human form to better blend in with humans, magical abilities like summoning fire to blast away threats, can open direct portals to Earth with his blood.
