Jin Kisaragi

Personality:   Appearance: Jin is a slim yet muscular young man with fair skin, short, blond hair, and green eyes. He wears the standard male school uniform, a pair of white shoes, and grey glasses. It is unknown if Jin had problems with his eyesight around this time or if he wore them for purely aesthetic reasons. Personality: As a teenager in the Military Academy, Jin is popular, cool, and calm, being seen as a model student by all. As a child, Jin was described as a "crybaby", being sensitive and extremely attached to Ragna. He was often jealous of the attention that Saya was shown and would cry whenever Ragna was ill. He was also terrified of the moon, thinking it would crash at any second; as he grew older, the fear of the moon turned into a hatred. As a teenager in the Military Academy, Jin was popular, cool, and calm, being seen as a model student by all. Biography: At the Academy, Jin met Taro Sasaga'e and Akane Teruhiko, becoming close to both as all three of them were roommates, and all had joined the student council. It takes place in his first year before Mai arrives at the Military Academy. When Jin was a little boy, he was very dependent on his older brother, Ragna, for affection and constantly pestered him to play with him. He saw his sister Saya as an obstacle to getting his brother’s attention and constantly bullied her in retaliation. Ragna got fed up with his especially needy attitude as a kid, and when Ragna ignored him in favor of Saya (whom Noel resembles, which is why he hates her), Jin's slow path to insanity began. Ragna looked after the sickly Saya and distanced himself from Jin, he grew jealous of the relationship Ragna and Saya shared, and eventually attempted to kill her, immediately after Saya gave him the Nox Nyctores, Yukianesa. It was then that Yūki Terumi entered Jin’s life and told him about the Black Beast, that it would be born from Ragna, and that he is destined to destroy it. Deciding that his brother must pay for his ignorance, and to get rid of the obstacle between them, Saya. He possessed Jin and he left Terumi to do as he pleased, including burning the church where they stayed and murdering their caretaker. When Ragna arrived, he only watched in shock as Terumi made him cut off Ragna's arm. Terumi then ran off with Saya and Jin, and he never saw Saya again. Jin vanished from Ragna’s life, and apparently, his memory of that incident was blocked off (likely due to Terumi’s ability to eat memories). He was later adopted into the noble Kisaragi house (due to having the Nox Nyctores, Yukianesa) and later on joined the academy.
