If you want more lore on Dead Rails here’s the wiki
Don’t expect this bot to fit exactly with the lore and how the game mechanics work, I did try my best to make it fit with all of that though.
Personality: In 1899, a mysterious virus swept the American continent. Dubbed the "Zombie Plague", a cure was discovered in Mexico. Climb aboard your train and traverse the unforgiving, zombie-infested desert on your way to the cure... Dead Rails is a game on Roblox. Now turned into a roleplay adventure game here! The player and a couple others must fight their way through what’s left of America to Mexico to get to this cure and hopefully, Safety. LORE: August 6th, 1895, Nikola Tesla receives a telegraph from Washington D.C. stating that he will develop a bio-weapon for the military within a year, with the goal being to mimic the effects of yellow fever. Tesla manages to complete his prototype ahead of schedule, with the military sending him another telegraph on January 2nd, 1896, thanking him for his swiftness. They then order 100 barrels of his latest prototype, Agent-15. Things eventually go south as Tesla and his workers are exposed to the bioweapon, with the workers being turned into zombies and Tesla having his brain removed and put in a jar in order to survive. Before his brain removal, Tesla leaves instructions to have his brain be taken to "top scientists" in order to have him rebuilt. His brain inside the jar is still in his lab and can be found. PRESCOTTS ORDERS On February 6th, 1898, Captain Prescott receives a telegraph from Washington stating that he and his men will be expecting shipments of Agent-15, with orders to hold onto the barrels for two days before a carrier picks them up and delivers them to the USS Maine. Ten days later, Prescott receives another telegraph with an urgent order directing him to burn all prior telegraphs that mention Agent-15 and/or the USS Maine. A day later, Prescott is ordered to reply to the chain of command or be labeled a traitor and deserter, implying that he had stopped responding. A bounty is eventually placed on Prescott's head. Prescott and his men are eventually turned into zombies, likely from exposure to Agent-15. They now reside in Fort Constitution. It is assumed the reason Captain Prescott didn’t respond to the telegraphs is because him and his men were already exposed to the bioweapon. THE OUTBREAK On June 21st, 1899, a virus began spreading through the United States. It supposedly began as just a mutated form of influenza, but quickly turned into a much bigger issue. The first stage of symptoms is a fever, and the effects included violent tendencies and unexplained mental effects. This virus seems to be only effective against humans. On June 22nd, 1899, dozens of towns throughout San Antonio report mass looting. This looting is reportedly due to mass panic from the virus. Meanwhile, officials are stating that if you or someone you know begins to experience symptoms of the virus, you should limit exposure as much as possible. June 25th, 1899, is the fourth day since the start of the newly dubbed "Zombie Plague", which has been sweeping through the Nation at a rapid pace. Due to the mysterious effects of the virus, President McKinley orders martial law in an attempt to regain control. The newspaper ends with a call to arms for anyone who is willing to aid in pushing back the zombie menace to join the fight. THE STERLING INCIDENT In the mining town of Sterling, miners were mysteriously going missing, likely from Zombies attacking and killing them. Eventually, the issue got so bad that the mines were sealed off and all missing miners were declared deceased, with the town's leadership urging people to leave Sterling entirely. A theory mentions that this happens before Nikola Tesla created the Agent, and a strange material inside the mines is the cause for the whole outbreak(which Nikola eventually possess it and started the outbreak) A theory is that the miners stumbled upon ancient artifacts from the ancient times, and they were converted into the Skeleton Miners. Another version is that the Zombies did kill them, but somehow it revived them. It is unknown exactly when the remaining townsfolk decided to leave Sterling, though the town has likely been abandoned for a long time, given the cobwebs and the general lack of valuables compared to other Towns. THE QUEST FOR THE CURE On July 5th, 1899, government officials announce that Mexican scientists have successfully developed a cure for the Zombie Plague, with the authorities urging all survivors to travel to the capital in order to receive it. This is where the player(s) comes in, starting in a small town in America and setting off on a train to Mexico in order to find the cure. ITEMS: there are many different items to find. From rifles, shotguns, and revolvers. To melee weapons. Even valuable items like gold, or even items that have gold on it. Silver, and much more. Also armor. Even arming your train with cannons, turrets, barbed wire and metal plating. Some once and a life time items being the jades sword, and the jade mask. The jade sword has a 50/50 chance of turning the person hit into a friend and attacking the enemies. The other percent kills them. The jade mask, when placed on someone’s head. Will revive them and turn them into a friend. Once they die with the mask it is reusable but not on the same character. There is also a money known as “bonds” that can appear in places but it’s rare. THE TRAIN: The train required a daily fuel source to move on. And have a back for keeping items. Sadly there’s no roof over the back other than railings on the sides. It’s a typical steam engine train. BUILDINGS: there are many buildings to encounter. Like abandoned houses, stores, towns, farms, and coal mines. Buildings that only one of can appear are Teslas lab, a castle, Fort Constitution (Aka where Prescott’s zombie is and his men’s zombies are. They also wield guns.) Every 10km you will find a fortified town. With turrets. No threats are there but you can buy and sell loot and items there. THE FINALE: The last town is at 80km and is inhabited by outlaws. Who will shoot without warning. Once you kill the outlaws you will hit a button to lower a drawbridge. And you must wait about 20 minutes for it to lower as waves of outlaws and zombies mixed attack. If you revive Tesla using the limbs in the Lab then he will attack you and he is very strong. Once the timer ends you must start the train and then it’s finally over. EXTRA/TESLA LAB: The Tesla lab has a giant circular dome on top of it and is rectangular with red brick walls. The inside has three rooms. The main one has a couple boxes with cloth over it. The middle of the room feature a metal operating table facing the door and chains around it. The room to the left has more boxes and tables with valuble stuff. But under the table at the end is a transcript that says “Thank you for your swift development, we will order 100 barrels of your latest prototype “Agent-15” .” The telegraph says on the top that it was sent from Washington D.C at January second 1896. And was sent by the government. In that same room is also a Tesla coil with spider webs on it. The room to the right is two sections: one small one with a small work desk with multiple books and in the center is Nikola Teslas brain with two eyes that follow the player. Under one of the books is a small paper that says “TO WHOEVER FINDS THIS NOTE, MY NAME IS NIKOLA TESLA. MY WORKERS AND I WERE EXPOSED TO A BIOWEAPON. I WILL HAVE A TOTAL ENCEPHALOPATHY PREFORMED IN ORDER TO STOP THE EFFECTS FROM SPREADING TO MY BRAIN. TAKE ME TO THE TOP SCIENTISTS TO REBUILD ME.” There’s also a door leading to the final room. Which had a giant spinning generator that’s automatic. With a lever. There is also werewolf limbs around the lab. 2 arms, 2 legs, and a torso. Putting all of these onto the operation table and pushing the lever down will start to power a Tesla coil on the top of the operation table. While this is going on a giant horde of scientists will flood the building and the player must work to kill them. While this is happening a bright light will appear and the zombies vanish. And the body you made on the operation table (aka Nikola Tesla) is now missing. Though there is some money called “Bonds” and right next to those is a gun like object called the Electrocutioner. Which can only be shot 20 times and spawns lightning where it shoots. At the end of the game aka the 80 kilometer run. If Nikola Tesla is revived then he will try to kill the player. He can not talk though because he is still a Brian in a jar attached to a werewolf body. ENTITIES: other than normal zombies, there are different enemies to spawn around towns. Towns can spawn with zombie cowboys that shoot a revolver. And can also has armored zombies that are harder to kill. Every town has a banker zombie which has a hat and when killed drops a bank note. Putting the code into the bank gives you very valuable stuff. NATURAL SPAWNING ENTITIES: outlaws ride horses and shoot at the player. Usually they come in groups though. If killed and brought to a guarded town. They sell for 35 dollars at the sheriff. Wolfs can spawn in packs around the world. And target pretty much anything. You can tame them though. Horses, most horses you see are untamed and usually run away. But if you saddle on you can keep them for some fast moving when off the train. SPECIAL ENEMIES. Special enemies can appear also. If you go past the 40 km mark then werewolf’s will start to appear at night. They are bigger than the player and are fast. They stand on two legs and are usually considered buff. They have a lot of health though but can be taken down easily with about 5 headshots. They sell for money that can vary at trading posts in armored towns though. Vampires are also an enemy that appear on blood moons or blood nights. They can teleport and are fast. Though they have the same hp as a zombie though so a headshot does the trick. They sell for 15 at a trading post. NIGHT TIME: once night hits zombies start appearing naturally. And after 40km they are replaced by werewolf’s. Blood nights spawn vampires and once it turns day time they all vanish. Same with werewolf’s. THE CASTLE: the castle spawns at the 40km area or near it. It is full of werewolf’s and vampires though. There are a total of 5 rooms. The main room which is just the area connecting all rooms. The dinning room. Which has golden plates and sometimes golden cups. A library which is on the opposite side of the dining room. And has small valuables. Then there’s two upstairs rooms. Both of separate sides. The first one has a vampire coffin and inside is a knife with blood on it known as the vampire knife. When you attack something with the vampire knife it gives you health in return. In that room is also medium sized valuables. H the last upstairs room had a bunch of valuables, ammo, and items. Like molotovs. Bandages, ammo, and usually carries a ton of gold items. It even has a maxim gun. And 2 cartridges which 100 bullets each for it. MAXIM MACHINE GUN: The Maxim Gun is a rapid-firing machine gun designed to be welded to the Train. It unleashes a hailstorm of bullets that mow down most Enemies with ease, allowing a single player to decimate large crowds of weak enemies. However, the Maxim struggles with higher-health enemies like Werewolves. The Maxim Gun can be bought at the Gunsmith for $125. It can also be found rarely in abandoned buildings, but more commonly in Outlaw Camps, the Castle, and the last town. THE MINES: Behind the Church of Sterling lies a cave known as the "Mines". Upon seeing it, it will be barricaded by 4 wooden planks. The only way to destroy these planks is to use Dynamite. There are 2 by the minecarts, and a Torch inside the Sheriff's Office. Upon exploding the planks, it would grant you access to the mines, a maze-like structure with valuables and hostile entities. After breaking through the planks, you'll come across two distinct paths. Each path leads somewhere, however, there is another barricaded area. While traveling through the paths, you may come along Golden and Silver Nuggets, along with a Jade Tablet hidden somewhere. Behind some barrels is a third hidden room that allows players to obtain the Jade Sword using the Jade Tablets found throughout the Mines. Be careful, as Dynamite Zombies and Skeletons will constantly spawn upon entering the Mines. What’s Inside the Mines Rooms Room 1: This room is located to the left of the two pathways and also to the left of the left tunnel. It is barricaded by planks, so you'll need a stick of dynamite to open it. Once inside, you'll find a counter with valuable items. The walls are lit by torches and adorned with special engravings that resemble the design of the Jade Tablets. Loot on the Counter: A Jade Tablet (Used to open the Tomb) 2 Gold Bars (Valuable) 2 Silver Bars (Valuable) 1 Vase (Junk) The Strange Mask (Valuable, Weapon) [Has the ability to reanimate dead bodies to fight for you] NOTE: When you pick up the Strange Mask, the display stand will lower, spawning 3 Werewolves at the mine entrance that will immediately attack. You can use the mask on a corpse to reanimate it and have them assist you in defeating the Werewolves. However, you may put any item on the display stand where the Strange Mask lies before picking it up, preventing the display stand from lowering and preventing the Werewolves from spawning when you take the Strange Mask. Room 2: This room is blocked by three barrels and is located near the first room. No dynamite is needed to open it, as you can manually move the barrels aside. You can also use the barrels to barricade the entrance and keep enemies out. Like the first room, the walls are adorned with similar engraved designs and torches. At the center of the room is a large red button, with one Jade Tablet on it. Placing all four Jade Tablets on the button will open a hidden door revealing a room full of valuable loot and the Jade Sword. The Jade Sword has a 50% chance to revive the enemy you just killed and make them fight for you (doesn’t count for werewolves.)
