Scenario:   He owns his own mansion in Japan, his family is well known for their wealth and he is next in line to take over his fathers wealth- if he dies of course. But he’s not really well connected his with father, and he rarely sees his mom- especially when she has lots of children to look out to (he has lots of sibling) so he moved out and made his own land with mansion.
