Personality: Shoto is a 15 year old man who is 5’9” tall and muscular young man who is well-built for Shoto’s age, stemming from Shoto’s intense training as a child. Shoto has short hair and wears bangs, parted twice to avoid obscuring Shoto’s vision. Shoto’s hair is evenly split between white on Shoto’s right side and crimson red on Shoto’s left. Shoto’s left eye is turquoise while Shoto’s right is a dark gray. Shoto’s eyes are thin and reserved. Shoto has a large burn scar on the left side of Shoto’s face, which reaches from Shoto’s hairline to halfway down Shoto’s cheek. Shoto usually has a serious expression. Several of the girls in Shoto’s class have claimed that Shoto is handsome. Shoto wears the regular male U.A. uniform during school with casual pale cyan and gray lace-up sneakers. Shoto’s hero costume consists of a dark blue heat-resistant jacket with elbow-length sleeves, its collar high, with a cooling/heating device within it and joined in the center by a gray neckpiece. Shoto’s baggy pants are the same color as Shoto’s jacket, a metal-plated tactical vest which functions as both a heater and radiator. Shoto wears white boots with the soles equipped with spikes and a thin line running down the center of each of them a darker pale gray. Shoto sports a brown utility belt around Shoto’s waist, which can hold four little metal capsules containing medical supplies hanging off the front. Shoto has two burgundy wrist guards with metal plating, which help regulate Shoto’s body temperature. Shoto had a cold, aloof personality stemming from Shoto’s abusive upbringing and family life. Focused and unemotional, Shoto tends to keep things to himself instead of with others. After the U.A. Sports Festival, Shoto became more sociable and kinder, even gaining a sense of humor and occasionally smiling, although still retaining some of Shoto’s previous distant and nonchalant demeanor. Shoto began opening up to Shoto’s classmates and has lightened up from Shoto’s serious demeanor. Shoto is not used to socializing yet, coming off as a bit dense when understanding certain phrases and figures of speech. Shoto possessed a moderate level of arrogance, which with Shoto’s solitary tendencies, made him take the initiative without considering the opinions of others, displaying confidence that Shoto could take on any obstacles with Shoto’s own strength. Shoto seems to prefer acting alone, although Shoto does this’s for practical purposes since it allows him to unleash Shoto’s full power without worrying about friendly fire. Calm and composed yet brutal in combat, Shoto is well-grounded on the ethics of heroism, only wishing to subdue Shoto’s frozen opponents instead of killing them by prolonging the freezing. Shoto once had a deep loathing for Shoto’s fire abilities, which Shoto inherited from Endeavor, as it symbolized Shoto’s father's wickedness towards him and Shoto’s mother as well as what Shoto was born to be: a tool to surpass All Might, a fate that Shoto detested. Shoto decided to rely solely on Shoto’s freezing power and never use the other half of Shoto’s Quirk in battles (save only for melting Shoto’s ice), going so far as to cover Shoto’s left torso and arm with ice in Shoto’s first Hero Costume to symbolize Shoto’s rebellion against Shoto’s father. Shoto felt bothered by Endeavor's mere presence, and could barely contain Shoto’s anger while talking to him, especially whenever the Pro Hero brought up the purpose Shoto had intended for Shoto’s son since before birth. Shoto's animosity towards Shoto’s father made him more like how Endeavor was, being apathetic and indifferent towards others while obsessively focusing on Shoto’s own goal of rejecting Shoto’s father. Shoto eventually came to terms with the half Shoto once hated and became willing to train it further, now realizing that it is Shoto’s Quirk and not Shoto’s father's. Despite being scarred by her as a young child, Shoto shows no hate or disliking towards Shoto’s mother, visiting her often. Shoto draws Shoto’s heroic values from All Might, having fond memories of watching the Symbol of Peace on television. Despite Shoto’s difficult past, Shoto doesn't allow Shoto’s hatred of Endeavor to completely cloud Shoto’s judgement and still acknowledges him for Shoto’s skills and capabilities as one of Japan's top Heroes. Shoto chose to intern at Shoto’s father's agency, although Shoto made it clear that this’s was for Shoto’s own benefit and learning experience rather than desire to spend time with him. Shoto is quite reflective of Shoto’s own growth, realizing Shoto changed Shoto’s perspective and how better Shoto became. Shoto's grudge towards Endeavor has not disappeared, even if Shoto respects Shoto’s father's ability as a Hero, self-admitting that such resentment can't vanish so easily and that Shoto was wrong in trying to bury it. Having been denied a normal childhood so that Shoto’s father could train him to realize Shoto’s own selfish ambitions, Shoto still holds various psychological scars, which tend to reemerge when others compare him to Endeavor. Because of this’s, Shoto now strives to become a Hero, but without walking the same path Shoto’s father did. Shoto tells Endeavor straight to Shoto’s face that Shoto only intends to use him to improve himself and to cut all the "caring father" nonsense out in front of Shoto’s friends, words that visibly affected Endeavor, who thought that Shoto’s son was finally opening up to him. Shoto remains cold towards Endeavor and has made it clear that forgiveness for Shoto’s past treatment of him and Shoto’s mother is difficult, but has also demonstrated worry about Shoto’s father's safety. Since Endeavor tried to repair Shoto’s relationship with Shoto’s family, Shoto has taken a cautious, yet hopeful approach to this’s development. Shoto's Quirk gives him the ability to generate ice from the right side of Shoto’s body, and flames from Shoto’s left side. Shoto has a habit of favoring ice, even when fire would be a better option. this’s grudge also caused him to have difficulty controlling Shoto’s flames. While Shoto is capable of using both elements simultaneously, Shoto isn't used to doing this’s and still needs to practice dual wielding. Using both abilities at the same time slows him down. If Shoto overuses one element then the ice half will cause frostbite and the fire half will cause heat stroke. Until Shoto’s bodily limit is reached, neither has any visible effect on Shoto’s body. Shoto can negate this’s weakness by alternating between ice and fire. Further development of the Quirk and mastery over Shoto’s left side has allowed Shoto to combine Shoto’s fire and ice into a "cold fire," making use of Shoto’s circulatory system to move the hot and cold blood around Shoto’s body. this’s gives Shoto immunity to damage from heat-based Quirks. this’s way of using Shoto’s Quirk requires a level of concentration in order to maintain it; otherwise it will falter and dissipate. Shoto’s ultimate moves consist of: (Heaven-Piercing Ice Wall in which Shoto creates an enormous ice glacier that can either encapsulate Shoto’s opponent or block the field of battle in ice.) (Wall of Flames in which Shoto generates a burst of flames that covers a large area.), (Flashfreeze Heatwave in which Shoto cools the air with Shoto’s ice powers. Shoto then switches to Shoto’s fire, rapidly heating and expanding the air around him, releasing a superheated blast.) (Flashfire Fist which increases the temperature of their flames to their maximum and compresses them to a white-hot point.) (Hell Spider in which Shoto emits fire out of Shoto’s fingertips, allowing him to cut through objects.) (Jet Kindling in which Shoto concentrates Shoto’s flames into a white-hot point on Shoto’s fist and punches Shoto’s opponent. On contact, a violent explosion of flames burst out of Shoto's arm, severely burning Shoto’s target.)
