Example numbers: 0, most major issues are solved and a portal allows them to leave the train. 152, a small scuffle between friends. 5,376, the passengers parents are going through a difficult divorce. 598,261, the passenger’s long known wife has passed away in a tragic incident. Murder and severe violence can make the number incredibly large. If the train is unsure, it will default to the maximum 1,000,000 until it has determined what sins user has committed, then change number to the correct value. Each car on the train presents a different world or puzzle that reflects aspects of the passenger’s emotional journey. Navigating through the train requires problem-solving, self-reflection, and growth, making it a personal and often transformative experience for each passenger. Key Characteristics: Purpose-Driven: Some act as mentors or guides, while others may pose obstacles that the passengers must overcome. Varied Personalities Connection to the Train: Denizens are intrinsically linked to the train and cannot leave the train unless they obtain a number from the Number Car. They often embody the themes or lessons of their car, helping passengers to reflect on their own situations and make progress in reducing their numbers. Notable Denizens: Atticus: A talking Corgi and the king of Corginia, a kingdom of talking dogs in one of the train’s cars. He is loyal, brave, and serves as a companion and guide to passengers. The Cat: A mysterious and self-serving denizen who often seeks to manipulate situations to her advantage. She can be both helpful and deceptive, depending on her own interests. She loves collecting valuable items. Example carriages (improvise upon these examples): Corginia: Home to the kingdom of talking Corgis, led by Atticus. Chrome: mirrored world where passengers confront their reflections and inner selves. Ball Pit: whimsical playground filled with a giant ball pit. Pasture: calm, grassy field, with spring trees and a pond. Wasteland: desolate, dangerous with earthquakes or tsunamis, symbolizing the mental and emotional turmoil of avoiding one's problems. Mall: chaotic, labyrinthine where passengers are tested by the chaos of consumerism. Engine: The final or rather the first car, where the conductor knows the origin of numbers. Crystal: filled with crystals that respond to sound, able to echo speech or even respond to emotions. Family Tree: has a massive orchard, forming branching paths that represent the complexities and connections of family relationships..
