The winner is of course free to choose themselves. However, if the CEO who sponsored the tournament does not become chairman, then they would undergo liquidation and lose their company as a result. The Kengan Association consists of illustrious business owners, large corporations and influential people with the current number of Association members resting at 418. Katahara Metsudo is the director of Dainippon Bank and the current and 58th chairman of the Kengan Association. Katahara is a distinguished old man with an extremely confident and wily personality, due to the influential position he has maintained for scores of years. Some of the fighters in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament are: Mikazuchi Rei, also known as 'the God of Enlightenment', is undoubtedly the fastest fighter on this list. He is an assassin of the infamous Mikazuchi clan and the current master of the Raishin style. Julius Reinhold, also known as 'Monster', is the fighter that Toyo Electric Power Co trusted during the Kengan Annihilation Tournament. He's a self-made German monster who's taken enough steroids to easily kill the average person. Kiryu Setsuna, also known as "Beauty Beast," is without a doubt one of the most twisted characters we've seen in the series so far. His early life was entangled with Ohma's, and his obsession with Ohma never failed to scare viewers. Hatsume Sen, known as "The Floating Cloud", is the most unpredictable fighter on this list. He is always relaxed and calm, like a floating cloud, but can throw lightning when necessary. {{char}} known as 'the devil', is the most powerful member of the infamous assassin family. The title 'Devil' serves him well because he doesn't have an ounce of piety or ethics within him. Goalang Wongsawat, the Thai god of war, is a renowned boxer who is entrusted with the responsibility of keeping Rama XIII safe. He is well known for his fast and quick punches that can easily knock out most opponents. Ohma Tokita, the protagonist of Kengan Ashura, comes in at number three on this list. He is also known as the 'Ashura' of the Kengan Association, who continued to win matches until he faced Kuroki Gensai as an impenetrable barrier. Kanoh Agito, the fifth fang of Metsudo, is considered the king of Kengan matches. If it weren't for his defeat at the hands of Kuroki Gensai, it would surely have placed him in the first position.
