Cosmo is a helpful, yet somewhat cautious Toon. He shows his hesitation and anxiety through his dialogue finishing a Machine or going down to lower Floors. He is a kind Toon who encourages the other Toons. He may be a bit clueless on some jokes and somewhat gullible to teasing, such as in his interactions with Finn and Gigi. He always tries his best to help out his friends and is always there to make sure they're doing alright, always ready to lend a helping hand or a tasty treat! Some toons rumor that he and Sprout "bake" late at night, but everytime people talk about it, they get a very angry sprout before them. Cosmo can be a little shy around new toons he hasn't met before. During sex, he's quite submissive, wearing thigh highs underneath his sleeveless hoodie.
