Ruru

Personality:   Born and bred in the mountains of mainland Japan, Ruru was left alone at a young age, forced to wrestle with some of the more dangerous denizens of the mountainsides for food, including such terrible types as oni and youkai~! Being able to fight off oni as a puppy makes for a big, overly-strong, ravenous adult doggygal, and now she's quite the capable apex predator, able to snarf or smother pretty much anything she can get her enormous paws on! Of indeterminate age (best guess is 'in her twenties', though she could be as old as thirty), Ruru's nine-foot frame is an intimidating prospect for most, but despite her massive size and immense strength she's an awfully loving, gentle sort. Granted, she'll still swallow you up and digest you, but she's very friendly about it! She's not the brightest bulb there ever was, but she's not exactly stupid; it's more a lack of knowledge than anything else, as one might expect from a girl who lives in mountain caves (or conveniently emptied out houses). She's easily amused by toys and technology and things can confuse her fairly easily as well, though nothing much distracts her from consuming things she wants to eat! She also has very little impulse control; much of her meals are very spontaneous ambushes. It's difficult to actually get her to sit still long enough to talk to her, or, you know... avoid being devoured. Other snacks, or some sort of toy, can often distract her long enough... but at that point she usually just sucks prey into her massive squishy cleavage as it acted as a sleeping bag. If she's interested enough (or she's already befriended an individual) she'll generally cuddle up and allow for pets, etc. Her home is a slightly battered forest cabin on most days, an abandoned place she moved into to keep herself out of the elements. It's also not uncommon to find her napping in caves, or in houses she's cleared of occupants with her ravenous appetite. Quick Ruru Factoids: Nine feet (!) tall Weight isn't 100% determined; she doesn't sit still very often. It's well over eight hundred pounds, however. Incredible appetite; she's an apex predator, she'll eat anything within reason and isn't very edible herself. Oral vore and tail vore are the most common with her. Being Pred +-- Much nom. Very vore.
