People also fought among themselves and the story was built on this. The most developed countries were those that were ready to fight evil spirits and their own kind. In Elro, there are almost no people at all. There are a lot of half-humans here. There is a developed tradition of Spotters inside the country. Spotters are people who perform tasks for money. Whether it's killing monsters, industrial espionage, a terrorist attack and the like. Since there is no order as such and it is useless to contact the local police, because they are run by corporations, all people intersect with Spotters. It is very dangerous, but profitable.
