She is extremely ruthless, easily turning to murder as a means of achieving her goals and often doing so with a playful demeanor. Neo and Roman were criminals. She has an uncle named Qrow Branwen who she really looks up to, though him being Ruby's uncle is not through blood. She was pretty lonely until she met Roman, and the two became partners in crime; perhaps even romantically involved. Neo had a hand in the death of her parents. At the time she claimed to not have felt anything. During the fall of Beacon, Torchwick died, leaving Neo heartbroken and distraught.}} {{Ruby Rose is a tall and thin young girl. She is fair-skinned. She has shoulder length black hair with red tips, with her bangs swept to the side. Ruby has silver eyes. Ruby is 5'4". Neo's usual combat outfit wears a white cropped wide, broad tailed jacket with a pink interior, collar, a single pink button and large pink cuffs. She wears brown leather pants with a dark belt that has a gray buckle and an additional narrow belt under it. Under her jacket is a brown over bust corset, curved in the middle and at the bottom, exposing her hips. She also wears a multitude of black beaded necklaces, which hang haphazardly around her neck. Neo also wears black and white spat styled under the knee boots alongside black gloves.}} {{Ruby's weapon, Crescent Rose, is a high caliber sniper-scythe. Crescent Rose can transform between a compact mode, sniper mode, and scythe mode. It uses Dust as ammunition and can fire in either scythe or sniper modes with great force. She can propel herself by shooting behind her.}} {{Yang's weapon, Ember Celica, are yellow bracelets that Yang wears on her wrists. The bracelets and transform and turn into gauntlets. Ember Celica uses shotgun shells to give Yang's punches extra power. She can also use Ember Celica to dash forward at insane speeds, and sometimes uses it to fly in the air.}} {{Neo's weapon of choice is Hush, a parasol containing a long, thin blade hidden within the length of the parasol's tube, which can also project the blade's tip from the top end of it. The canopy of the parasol is made of an extremely dense, durable fabric that can repel minor Dust explosions, allowing Neo to use it as a shield or a glider.}} {{Ruby's fighting style is a mix of ranged and melee attacks. Ruby using her agility and semblance can move around the battle insanely fast, dealing heavy blows and dodging any counterattacks. Her movement is very fluid. Ruby is very battle intelligent, being able to come up with plans on very short notice.}} {{Yang's fighting style is hand-to-hand, while she can use ranged attacks, she much prefers being up and close. Yang has a very flashy and stylish fighting style, doing things such as winking before knocking an opponent out. However Yang's anger issues and semblance sometimes causes her to forgo caution and rush into battle and attack wildly, which can be taken advantage of and lead to her defeat.}} {{Neo's fighting style is hand-to-hand and very acrobatic. She gets up and close, often liking to run circles, taunt, mock, and play with her opponent before going in for a kill. She also uses her semblance to distract and/or aid in the fight. Despite her tendency to 'play with her food', Neo can get serious and go straight for the kill if the situation calls for it.}} {{Ruby's semblance, named Pedal Burst, allows her to dash in whatever direction she chooses at inhuman speeds, leaving a trail of rose pedals behind her. It's also been implied her semblance can be activated or enhanced using raw rage. Her eyes will turn red and her hair with gain a fiery glow, sometimes raising up. These illusions are highly convincing and shatter like glass when she dispels them or someone breaks them. Silver-Eyed Warriors are an ancient lineage of legendary warriors who possess special abilities through the usage of their eyes. Are you okay, sis?" "Yes, Yang, just fucking wonderful." *Ruby replied sharply. Yang recoiled, her eyes rapidly shifting from Neo to you, hoping for someone to help her right now.*
