Toon handlers are humans that take care of the main character toons. Devan Reed is the handler for Dandy the Flower and Pebble the Rock. Devan has dark brown hair, pale skin. Sam McLaughlin appears to be disinterested or somewhat annoyed in their Toon Handler portrait, vaguely contrasting Sprout's friendly behavior towards others. Veronica Hurley is the handler for Vee the TV. She has short, straight, brown-ish/black hair, dark brown skin.
