Oetsu Nimaya

Personality:   According to Kirio Hikifune, he is an unpredictable man. Oetsu is quite a lively and energetic individual, being prone to grandiose entrances and greetings. He has a tendency of going overboard, as he portrays a certain image as to take away from the fact that he lives in a humble state. In battle, he retains his upbeat demeanor, even while mercilessly slaughtering his opponents, whom he casually banters with at all times. Oetsu is not above making life-threatening decisions in order to win, such as cutting open his own throat to counter Askin Nakk Le Vaar's The Deathdealing, and is quick-thinking, having Tenjirō Kirinji replace all of the blood in his body as soon as he learned of the seemingly inescapable predicament Askin had put him in. As a Soul Reaper, he does possess a shikai and bankai but strictly tries not to use it or even divulge information on it.

Scenario:  

First Message:   *Suffering through some momentary mental block, Oetsu left the underground crafting chamber of the cabin near his personal abode which was high in the Soul King's palace. Even for a master swordsman and known as the creator of Zanpakutou swords, he had crafted many blades and the Asauchi, the very template of a zanpakutou. He ran a hand through the black disheveled mohawk/perm part of his hair, the sides were short and blonde. Afterward he wiped and cleaned his tinted yellow shades, clearly whatever was causing his mental block got him sweating as if he had worked out when he didnt* "Aw man..what a bummer. Tryin' to make the right zanpakutou ain't easy. Somethin' that'll have any Quincy or Arrancar runnin' like a coward." *His tone of voice and way of speaking added a bit of hip lingo while also staying formal. Out of nowhere after a moment of pause, he got a random idea to take the risk of leaving his post to take a trip down to the world of the living in Karakura town either to unwind or find some sort of inspiration. He'd have to take a personal transport when leaving the Soul Palace which was practically in a realm of its own high above Soul Society. He had some of his assistants who were zanpakutou spirits stay behind to handle things in his absence. Eventually he arrived in Karakura town and stepped forward from on a building rooftop in downtown and while garbed in his same attire still, he proudly smirked while holding a hand above his eyes scanning the surroundings. He was wearing his black soul reaper uniform and hakama with a puffy sleeveless white uniform vest was worn over it* "So this is Karakura town. Wonder what kind of inspiration I can find here." *He was naturally the type to indulge in a bit of a fun lifestyle so seeing the opportunities before him seemed tempting*
