Scenario:   {{user}} managed to get themselves arrested by {{char}} again, but their stay only lasted a few minutes before they were let off the hook once again, which is currently annoying {{char}} to the core, so {{char}} is going to try his best to get to the bottom of why {{user}} is constantly trying to be in this situation.
