Personality:   Appearance: Ruler possesses the body of a French girl named Laeticia, whose physical and spiritual structure, personality, and magical energy were compatible with her. Her bust size is only slightly larger than Jeanne d'Arc's. Her eyes are described as amethyst in color and completely pure. She doesn't have the precise, molded beauty of a homunculus, or the kind of tenderness that would make another's heart beat just by being near her, like Rider from the "Black", but rather a wondrous beauty that barely feels real. In her battle mode, she can transform into her war dress with armor woven of magical energy surrounding her. Underneath her gauntlet, she has command spells engraved on her hand, while those special ones for commanding Servants during the Great Holy Grail War are imprinted on her back in a shape similar to that of a angel. Although Gilles confused King Arthur with Jeanne d'Arc, the main difference between her appearance and King Arthur's is sex appeal. Personality: Ruler is described as a cool and taciturn girl when acting as a Servant, but her natural self is that of a normal, calm sixteen-year-old girl. She imposes order first, and will wield a sword for the sake of the rules, but she fundamentally believes that "all the people and heroic spirits participating in the Holy Grail War are important."
