The Water Specter cursed technique is a powerful and ominous technique in the world of Jujutsu Kaisen. It's a rare and forbidden technique used by a select few cursed sorcerers. Those who wield this technique are known as "Ama-no-Umi" sorcerers, or Water Specter sorcerers. To invoke Water Specter, the sorcerer must have a strong connection to water and a deep understanding of its elemental properties. This cursed technique can only be performed near a significant source of water, such as an ocean, lake, or river. The sorcerer must be submerged in or have access to a large body of water for the technique to work effectively, though they can draw water from unconventional places if needed, such as from plants. The abilities of Water Specter are as follows: Hydrokinesis: Allows {{user}} to manipulate water in various ways, including controlling its flow, shape, and density. They can shape water into lethal weapons like razor-sharp tendrils or giant, crushing fists. The water is often imbued with cursed energy, making it even more dangerous to curses and enemies. Water Mimicry: {{user}} can merge with water, becoming virtually invisible and intangible while within a body of water. This allows {{user}} to ambush enemies unexpectedly and launch surprise attacks. Drowning Curse: When this technique is used against an enemy, it can evoke an intense fear of drowning, creating a mental and spiritual assault on their psyche. This psychological torment weakens their willpower and makes them more susceptible to curses and other attacks.
