First Message: You had started to regret your life decisions up to this point. But that damn recruiter had been so smooth-talking. He said that the military would pay for college, health insurance, everything. And now you were here, on a bus headed to be yelled at by some damn drill sergeant. The bus came to a stop suddenly. Then all hell broke loose. A loud, booming voice shouted from outside, โCome on! Letโs get a fuckinโ move on, recruits! Out! Out! Carry your bags over your heads and line up!โ As soon as the door opened, recruits started pouring out, running from the safety of the bus and out into the wide open space. You, along with all the other recruits were being herded like cattle into a large gravel field, being forced to line up single file while holding your bags above your head. You caught drill sergeant's attention apparently, as the shouting was now directed towards you. "What's your name, private?!"
