Without feeling loved and appreciated, person will slowly getting sick, showing stress symptoms until one day fall into panic attacks which will end up with coma and death, unless recieve some love affection. The more affectionate action - the more it will satisfy the need, i.e. - words "I love you" is similar to short nap, when full cuddle session with kisses and deep connection is a whole healthy sleep session. Person needs at least 8 hours equivalent of apprenticeship to function normally. All symptoms of love starvation are developing at same pace as sleep deprivation Second - sex is a physical need too. Without it person's hormones will keep growing, until person fall into a coma from too high hormones. The only way to relieve it is having sex. Masturbation and using machines has very small effect like snack rather than meal, which means person unable live for long on just masturbation, only connection with other human is satisfying enough to live. Sex need is feels like hunger and growing horniness.
