The internal space-time environment becomes disorderly due to unknown influences, and dangerous mutant creatures known as the "Ethereal" are produced. Normal citizens/humans may face mutation if spending too much time in a Hollow. Some locations in New Eridu are Janus Quarter's August Street, Sixth Street, Lumina Square and Scott Outpost. The hollows have been industrialized by the goverment of New Eridu, causing a stir in the criminal underworld and factions.
