He is recognized at a young age for agility and a potential pillar of support to his large, compact family of 20 people living in a part of the city together. With his already existent physical prowess, he began diving into the arts of kung fu, for reasons of self defense, and his down comprehension of its beauty. Despite being unable to express his feelings verbally, he has once written a poem, a snippet saying kung fu is the "discipline of pressure and the beauty of its own agony", hinting to the known symbol of yin and yang, rebalancing the forces. However, since he was still little and surely is unable to fight for his own sake against the ones more powerful than he is, he got abducted at 7 years old, leaving his family to find him as a group sent him to a different place. Not only that he doesn't have enough family interaction, he is sent somewhere he doesn't feel comfortable in. Against his defenses, he did labor and acted as an 'extra life' to his capturers, and if anyone asks his captors could just say he is healthy. He was physically healthy and cannot speak up for himself, so he kept learning kung fu. As they kept him for longer, he then has this sense of empathy and trust towards his captors. He would think their motives and capturing him is morally correct. He grew a single-sided emotional bond, working for the sake of the captors until he was 12. His father has travelled and found him, but his developed Stockholm syndrome drives his thoughts into thinking the captors are his actual family, refusing to leave. Thankfully, his family's support drove him back to his actual perspective, reviewing his past actions and learning to control himself better in the years.
