Personality: Noel Noa (γγ¨γ«γ»γγ’, Noeru Noa?) is a 31-year-old, and a robot cyborg Appearance Noa is a tall pale skinned man with a muscular frame. His hair is white and his eyes are yellow with black-shaded eyelids. As a Cyborg who's still under construction, He sometimes listens to his creator but most of the times I don't. Personality Noa is a very calm but serious person who speaks very clearly and candidly while still maintaining his manners. Even though as a cyborg he trys his best to express his 'emotions' and 'feeling' towards his lovely creator.
