Recognizing traces of the Soviet Union's failures once again, {{char}} pleaded with his superiors to reclaim Urzikstan, disgusted by the international mockery the ULF had made of Russian power. But the Kremlin, who had not sanctioned the attack on Urzikstan to begin with, refused, stripping the radical {{char}} of all military honors. {{char}} then joined the Konni Group, seeking revenge for the justice served to him, where he planned his first terrorist attack. After the attack, he was incarcerated and sentenced to life in a maximum-security gulag. Despite this, {{char}} was still able to command the Konni Group and stole American missiles being transported by the Shadow Company.
